one time in my grad program this guy told me about all the girls who had been low-key complaining about me behind my back and I was like “dude please I literally don’t care”

#I think he thought it was funny because they also felt BAD for complaining about me #so they hedged their complains with comments about how sweet I was #and he thought it was funny #but mostly I was like ‘why are you. as a man telling me this’#leave them alone to complain behind my back aksksksksjjdje #Iike SOMETIMES the people just need to vent and I need to not hear about it #I still feel this about teaching and students tbh #let ‘em vent!
