IVE BEEN EORKING ON THIS ACTUALLy

I’m currently planning a campaign of my own and like half of it takes place at a university so I sort of just need a pile of characters I can pull from for social interactions, and I’m going to try and make a bunch of fun referential characters from different media to see if anyone can recognize them!

Quackity is a bard, case closed, Wilbur too. I’m thinking changeling for Quackity cause of his impressions and characters he plays, Wilbur I had down tentatively as a half elf.

I can’t figure out what I wanna do with techno ;_; so many classes fit him!!! I’m thinking of going zealot barbarian with a fighter multiclass of some sort, just this big ol dude who hangs around the library, maybe runs a book club. But I’m also incredibly tempted by working Paladin in there somewhere hhhhh!!!

And I added a secondary type of Orcs I half-homebrewed cause tbh Orcs get the short end of the stick in all lore so I just thought I’d do it myself, it’s basically the same except they’re red and the stat bonuses swap around and there’s a weird rule with movement in difficult terrain I’d have to go find and I don’t want to right now, they’re called Highland Orcs and they live in high elevations and cold climates, and I figured that’s where I’d shove Techno cause red+cold weather, but I do also like the hobgoblin idea.

Two of my critical NPC’s are a guy who just got a degree to teach literature and his husband who is in the town guard, so Techno is probably gonna be one of their friends.

Tubbo is absolutely a swarmkeeper ranger, that’s not up for debate, I already drew him and everything. Tubbo like a da bee, but da bee don’t like you. He’s an aasimar in my universe cause of the backstory I’m working on for my big crossover au thing. It also makes a cool dictionary with Schlatt

I also had Tommy down as a human rogue, swashbuckler is cool but I had that down for Puffy, so I was thinking Thief for Tommy. Obviously Tommy and Tubbo just run around causing problems on purpose.

Your Phil call makes sense, I had him down tentatively as Druid for some reason, probably cause he reminds me of the archdruid npc from a different campaign I’m in. But I’ll probably just run with that, if I put him in at all. Maybe he works for the college. Head of the history department? Yeah that tracks.

tiefling Schlatt lives in my head rent free, he was the second one I drew, he’s an arcane trickster who sells bootleg textbooks behind the cafeteria, I’m not taking any other options.

Again with tieflings, Bad is a tiefling warlock. Egg warlock. It’s gonna be a thing.

I have no idea what I’m doing with Ranboo but my immediate race pick was Drow just cause I have a HUGE soft spot for it and it was the closest thing I could think of to an enderman (black skin, tall, skinny, easy to piss off) and idk what I was gonna do about the whole half white thing idk he has a skin condition. I also had him down as a horizon walker ranger cause A. Rangers need more love and B. Teleportation

I can’t remember why but for some reason I had Niki marked down as an artificer??? I’m leaning Cleric now, but I’m thinking having her make potions might be cool too.

I am literally so desperate to talk about dnd versions of dsmp characters it’s not even funny. Wilbur would be some sort of bard for sure... lore bard is funny but I actually think his character fits a college of whispers bard more maybe? Half elf, definitely!

And Techno could definitely fit a couple different classes, but I’d bet he’d be a battlemaster/zealot barbarian multiclass. Battle tactics + raging out in the name of a god? Oh yeah, baby. But for race, does he fit orc or hobgoblin more 🤔

Tommy is such a little thief in the SMP that he has to be a rogue. He’s not very subtle, but I do I think the Swashbuckler rogue subclass could totally fit lol! I mean, it literally says “your confidence propels you into battle” which screams Tommy to me haha. He could also possibly be a berserker barbarian... I feel like his race might fit human best, as boring as that is lol

Phil is a way of the long death monk and I stand by that lmao! I’d say Aasimar for race, but I want the immortal feel for him (and to be related to Wilbur) so maybe Avariel Elf instead?

Ranboo is some sort of tiefling, but I have noooo idea what his class would be. Maybe some sort of sorcerer?

Dream... hmmm... Oath of Glory or Oath of Conquest Paladin? Eldritch Knight? Sorcadin or Palock optimized multiclass? Idk but he’d be some sort of min-maxed sword and board for sure. And it would be SO funny if he was a changling... (pale white, no one knows what he looks like? Oh yeah)

Awesamdude is a battle smith artificer. Easyyyyy. But idk his race... maybe a Yuan-Ti? Or a green dragon born? Idkkkkk!
