I've resonated with Signalis so much. I feel Elster's raw, painful rage at having to end the life of her lover, having to deal with an authoritative regime, at herself for not being able to keep her Promise.

I feel Adler's fear of decaying, of his mind degrading over time and not being able to fix Falke, due to Ariane's Bioresonance. Falke's fear of having her sense of self melded with both Elster and Ariane. The dissolution of self. Where does Falke begin and Elster end?

I feel Ariane's deep sadness. Everything from her was taken away during every stage of her life: Her aunt tore her away from her mother and childhood home in Leng. The Nation beat her passion for art and literature, as well as a sense of self out of her. And again, the damned fascist regime took away her one and only chance to live a happy and normal life by signing away her life in the Penrose Program.

Shot out into the stars and nothingness, for eternity. Resigned to die a slow and painful death by radiation poisoning. All because the Nation wanted to show off their wealth of resources and power.

And finally, Elster, the love of her life, denying her of her death and absolution, time and time again. It's been 3000 cycles and I've missed you...

Its narrative is just, so beyond. It's absolutely something else. Obviously this is just scratching the surface of the game's story... I absolutely recommend everyone to play this game.

It's haunting, it's deeply melancholic, and it's beautiful.

Get this: Poseidon & Hermes not-quiet-friendship-but-something-close-to that comes from being the only gods to really understand (and speak in hermes' case) modern day slang.

Hermes annoys/confuses everyone with it and gets shocked when Poseidon answers with something fitting. From then on they start bonding more over this, Poseidon also starting to annoy his brother's (Zeus mostly) with it.

I just want them to interact positively man :(

I had another Good Omens fanfiction dream this morning.

Basically, Crowley was due to give birth. You might ask, Pestilence, what's with you and Crowley being pregnant?.. The answer is, I don't know, and neither does my therapist.

So, Crowley's due to give birth, he's scared and in pain. Beelzebub shows up, along with a few other demons (I guess I'll look through the Key of Solomon, I remember a few have to do with healing). She told him they'll support him. I have a feeling, the dream adhered to my idea that Crowley and Beelzebub are siblings (in spite Beelzebub looking like she does in S2, so Indian).

Crowley had to change to his snake form, because while his human form was male (so he couldn't give birth without surgery, which was too dangerous), his snake form was female. The demons put him in a whelping box (genius idea). Crowley gave birth to either 4 or 6 baby snakes (apparently, they're called snakelets). It was a live birth, which, fun fact, some snakes do give (i think boa constrictors, and snake Crowley kind of looks like one, aside from the colouring). The baby snakes then morphed to human form. I don't think Crowley nearly died, but he lost a lot of blood, and got extremely exhausted. No, it probably wasn't realistic to how snakes actually give birth.

(They were far larger, though)

Oh, and at some point, Aziraphale found out, but someone (possibly Beelzebub) forbade him from coming, because an angel's presence would distress the babies, and they wouldn't take human form. They could also die.

No, I don't think Aziraphale was the "father". The babies were demons, while, according to my headcanons, when an angel procreates with a demon, the baby's an angel, as it's the original form (though, they do retain some demonic features). Maybe, Crowley mated with an actual snake, or something... It would be very Greek and Norse god of him, but what the Heaven, dude... I guess, Beelzebub could act as the litter's she-father, once the two had reconciled. Which, is a word I use for maternal figures who, traditionally, would be considered more paternal. You know, kind of emotionally detached, more provider than carer, often absent, that sort of deal.

This is incoherent, but I only remember fragments. I guess, I will put it down in my notes for the future. I already did. (I'm kind of tempted to write the birth scene, I like writing birth scenes, they're brutal).

Don't you just have a love/hate relationship with when you are already swamped with WIPs, but the Fanfiction Gods send you another vision?..

Also, don't you just hate it when you give birth to a litter of snakelets, with the help of your coworkers, and your estranged sister.

What the Hell do you even name that many damn whelps...

I find the fact that Juwon spent close to a decade in the UK during his childhood to be so interesting to me. That amount of time spent in a foreign country with a starkly different culture than what you're born with (especially when you're so young) will shape your character.

Some thoughts floating around my head, about how living in the UK has affected his character:

Joowon most likely has a british accent when speaking english, and that amuses me to no end.

I couldn't imagine how difficult it must've been for him to be forcibly sent back to Korea by his father. Spending that amount of time abroad will change you. Part of your identity will be formed based on the culture you immerse yourself in. The language your speak, the friends & acquaintances you've made, the food you eat, your favourite places you go to, the city you live in, the Aldi you shop at (haha), etc. Being enrolled in an international highschool must've helped in some way, but I doubt it would completely alleviate the reverse culture shock.

This is only an extrapolation on what I read from the source material, but I can imagine how unhappy he was upon returning back to Korea due to losing his home in the UK. Perhaps he felt naive joy as well, hoping he could grow closer to his father in his home country. He might've yearned to go back to Korea because he wasn't adjusting well to environmental changes when he was younger. As he grew older, I can see how he'd come to appreciate being physically as far away as possible from his father. His time in the UK was the only time he felt some sense of freedom/autonomy. I wonder if he missed this specific part of his past. After graduating multiple times with Honors, and realising that "being the best" like his father had little meaning to him.

Okay okay okay fic idea where Antinous has a type of disorder/mental illness/psychosis (idk) that makes him hear voices and shit (don't cancel me for misrepresentation of any disorder, if I ever write this I'll put in the research to make it as accurate as possible) and he just spends his entire life ignoring them and thinking fuck it, I guess I'm crazy, and just dealing with it in all the wrong ways.

He gets in a fight with telemachus, gets heated and while fighting, starts shouting at seemingly no one to leave him alone and fuck off or something. He doesn't think much of it, I guess the prince will think I've lost it completely, so what? He's not the one I wanna fuck. But BOOM plot twist, telemachus has something similar and also hears voices, the difference is that he went to his mom and deals with it in a more healthy way, so he tries to subtly as antinous if he needs help and shit happens and they bond over feeling insane :3

Idk I like characters with issues and I recently watched arcane so antis behavior would be very much inspired by jinx.
