i cant talk for five years of the album. but yes it lullaby album. little scary but lullaby allowed to be scary sometimes. singer is shy. electronic sounds like birdsong, not for humans to hear but beautiful. it remind me of heartbeat submarines album. sorry for my english.

no don't be sorry this is perfect. I think you're absolutely right, the tentativeness in Ralf's voice and the half-spoken half-singing intonation makes it more intimate compared to songs where the confidence of the singer is belted out. and the music is almost otherworldly... "I am a huge electric generator, both your servant and master at once." A message that sounds inhuman, like birdsong, but indeed carries a message. all the little tittering noises are of course like birdsong too...

i've never heard of heartbeat submarines -- i listened through a few songs and I can hear what you mean. what an interesting collection of sounds! spacey and metallic. thank you :)
