先の居合抜刀道全国大会ですが おかげさまで一応、入賞しました！ が、それはさておき…w 本大会におけるわたしの一番の目的と課題は、10月の居合道の東京大会に続き 「力を使わずして斬る」だったのですが 実は、これを実行するために二ヶ月以上一切の筋トレをやめ、力自慢でもあった己とその筋力意識を極力消して挑んだのでした。 もちろん、斬ることに筋力を使わないわけではないのですが、力(筋肉)が先行する斬りは、刀や身体を痛めやすいですし筋肉が落ちればいずれ斬れなくなります。それは、武術的には、死に繋がることであり、一般的にも筋肉がなければ弱くなり筋トレしなくては強くいられない人間になってしまうのかもしれません。 わたしも数年後には50歳。 否��応でも肉体は劣化していきます。 ですから、スポーツ的に使える肉体や見た目の良い肉体もできる限り維持しつつも、もっと武術的に、もっと人間本来の効率的な身体操作と効果的な日本刀の運用でいかに強い斬りと強い己を修得すべきかが今とても大事だと思うのでした。 して試合結果は、斬り損じもありましたし決して自身理想の形での斬りではありませんでしたが、大会種目の中でも一番力技に傾向しがちな束斬り(巻藁を数本束ねて斬る)と横並べ斬り(巻藁を横一列に数本並べて斬る)にて三位内に入賞しました。 何より、課題であった「力を使わずして斬る」このコツと理解を高め、次はもっと良い斬りが出来る確信を得たことはとても良かったです。 日之本の武術には、何千年と続く日之本の戦闘者が紡いできたありがたい教えが沢山あります。 それらをしっかり現代で体現し後世に紡いでいきたいす。 (写真は、全て斬り損じた時のもの) まだまだ道は半ばです。 因みに、ただ斬るのと武術的に斬るのとは大きく違います。 わたしは、もちろん後者となることを常に修練しています。 最後に、今大会へ向けて 修和塾の皆々様には、出稽古をさせていただき大変勉強をさせていただきました。 誠にありがとうございました！ また、これまで年に数回しか出来なかった抜刀試斬稽古でしたが 来年からは、同塾のご協力で稽古の機会が増えること重ねて感謝です！ 来年が楽しみだ！ 感謝🇯🇵 Photo by Kazunari Yamashita #鹿島流斬方術 #鹿島神傳直心影流 #無雙直傳英信流 #武士道 #大和��� #武術 #武道 #並べ斬り #居合抜刀道 #試斬 #抜刀 #kashima #jikishinkageryu #iai #budo #bushido #batto #jgren #kobushi #拳b #拳太 #もののふ #mononofu #jgrenkenta #samurai #japan #japanesesword #日本刀 (鹿島神宮) https://www.instagram.com/p/CmBcgqWSPJr/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I felt privileged to have finally seen a Full Scale Mock Up (FSMU) of the Harop Loitering Munition made by the Company “Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI)” during the Asian Defense and Security (ADAS) 2024 Event in Pasay.

The Harop was extensively used and with great effectiveness by Azerbaijan against Armenia in their recent Conflicts, particularly during the “2020 Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict”. Their effectiveness in Combat helped usher in the Era of Drone Warfare which we are seeing now in the Russian Invasion of Ukraine.

The Harop has a range of up to 200 km and an Endurance or Loiter Time of around 6 to 9 Hours.

KB Bukopin Paparkan Strategi 2023 Dalam Webinar IAI Bertajuk “Meet Emiten”

Investor Academy Indonesia (IAI) yakni platform edukasi keuangan ternama di Indonesia menggelar webinar bertajuk "Meet Emiten" pada 3 Februari 2023 yang lalu. Webinar yang dilaksanakan secara online melalui zoom tersebut turut mengundang PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (KB Bukopin) sebagai narasumber utamanya.

Dalam webinar tersebut, KB Bukopin berupaya memberikan edukasi serta menyebarluaskan informasi kepada stakeholder bahwa perusahaan sedang melakukan serangkaian strategi untuk melakukan kinerja lebih baik dari tahun ke tahun, salah satunya yakni dengan rencana Penawaran Umum Terbatas (PUT) VII melalui skema right issue dengan meneribtkan saham baru seri B sebanyak-banyaknya 120 miliar lembar saham.

Direktur Operasi KB Bukopin Helmi Fahrudin menyatakan bahwa Indonesia dipilih oleh KBFG menjadi KB second motherland setelah Korea. Sebelumnya, penambahan modal yang dilakukan oleh KB Kookmin Bank juga merupakan komitmen KB Financial Group (KBFG) yang merupakan ultimate stakeholder dari KB Bukopin, untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai second motherland dalam sektor pengembangan bisnis setelah Korea. Sebagai informasi, KBFG sebagai induk memiliki beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia sebagai afiliasinya yaitu KB Bukopin, KB Valbury Sekuritas, KB Insurance Indonesia, KB Finansia Multi Finance, Sunindo Kookmin Best Finance, dan KB Asset Management. Financial Planning Department Head, I Putu Adi S. menyampaikan bahwa 10% dari modal tersebut digunakan untuk pengembangan digitalisasi Teknologi Informasi dan sisanya digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis terutama pada segmen SME dan ritel, serta ekspansi kredit.

Mags (IWHY):

There's actually a few different inspirations. Mags started as a roleplay character in a game that was basically DnD without the dice. She was heavily based off myself, and I wanted something snappy and out of the ordinary. My middle name is Margaret, so it was an easy pipeline to Mags. Also! Mags is the name of my favorite character in the Children of the Mountain book series. She's fiery and stubborn but has a vulnerable side.

Dorado (IWHY):

He is from the same game as Mags, and I just thought it sounded cool. Now that I'm writing IWHY, I'm doing a little bit of creativity after the fact and saying it's part of a name meaning "Golden Eagle."

Damian (SGSP):

One, it's a cool-ass name. Two, I wanted to name a character in my friend's honor. He's valiant and intelligent and kind.

Angel of Death / Alex (IAI):

I was hunting around for a good gender-neutral name that I liked, and I've always liked Alex (it was on my shortlist for names for myself, although Jay won out). As for Angel of Death, it seemed very dramatic. Also, black wings? Awesome.

So obviously “Hart” and “Heart” having a double meaning, but a “hart” is also the name of a male deer in England, and I see Peter as a handsome young buck. A leader of his pack, looks gentle enough, but will absolutely gore you with his antlers if you get too close.

And the name Peter? Brain said: “What’s a good name that Benjamin can yell in a British accent? Peter. That’ll do.” Also lots of pirates with names consisting of “Pete” (though Peter hates this nickname)
