Tomoya: Hey, what’s up Mitsuru? Why did you suddenly call me here?

If you only say ‘I’ll wait for you in the common room!’, I’m not gonna understand you know~ Can you at least tell me what you want?

But, that he was willing to publicize his frustrations means Mr. New Guy is happy with his coworkers right? It makes me happy that his situation ended like this.

Nazuna: About that, ‘Ra*bits reignited the new employee’s passion for work’. This subtitle is….?

I know it’s a tv program, but the wording of the subtitles is kinda too much.

Hajime: Mr. New Guy already was passionate about his work. He was just anxious about burdening everyone, so he gave himself too much pressure is all.

Connecting with people his own age, he finally realized his own worth and regained his confidence.

Tomoya: In our generation, there’s so many things that aren’t simple~ Even having confidence in ourselves is hard.

We showed Mr. New Guy’s passion to everyone around him. If we think of it like that, ‘New Start GO!’ was very successful.

Nazuna: You’re right. Good job everyone!
