yep, you got it right! aimi's victim's identity is staying unknown for now, but his name will be revealed in season 3 and he's also supposed to show up in her mv as well.

also, some prisoners had multiple victims, so that's why there's eleven victims and not ten (mostly just because i liked one victim way too much and wanted to show them, haha), but i can say that everyone's victims have already been mentioned or revealed in some way!

i read your other ask as well, and.. yeah. yeah, that's why riku left a note for yue in his first mv and why he was waiting for him at the rooftop, however, riku wasn't intending on keeping his promise and that was just an act. and yue actually isn't just asking riku if he is going to join him, but threatening him in a way. sort of like "if i'm going to die, i'm not doing it without you".
