Orders were passed, and the plaintiff submitted a list of rogue websites that are still using unauthorized platforms for leaked movies. Mr Rao, the plaintiff in the case, requested the court that he has not signed any contract or agreement nor issued any transmission, distribution, or broadcasting of the film until today. He is the producer of the film and, therefore, holds the copyright and is entitled to injunctive relief. - Hon’ble Justice C Hari Shankar passed the interim order in favour of the plaintiff. The court has ordered the defendant to restrain from any kind of display, distribution, or duplication of the film SRK’s Upcoming Movie Jawan on any platform without a license from the plaintiff by any medium whatsoever, including the defendant 2, 3, 4, and 5, was directed to block and stop their ongoing access to the film immediately. Defendants 6 to 40, the other online platforms, were directed by the court to block and take down access to the film court order until the hearing on 07 July. - In response to the lawsuit, the Delhi High Court has issued an interim order in favour of Red Chillies Entertainment. The order mandates the immediate removal of leaked clips from social media platforms and directs internet service providers to block access to websites that offer downloading of copyrighted content from the movie. The interim order aims to safeguard the movie's intellectual property rights and prevent any further damage to the company's commercial interests. Web Werks - Iron Mountain JV launches its First Greenfield Data Center in Mumbai

The Web Werks – Iron Mountain Data Centers (IMDC) Joint Venture, announced the inauguration of its first greenfield data center in Navi Mumbai, MUM-2. Iron Mountain entered into a joint venture agreement with Web Werks in 2021. William L. Meaney, President and Chief Executive Officer of Iron Mountain, presided over the inauguration ceremony that was held in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, in the presence of Web Werks and Iron Mountain global leadership teams, partners, and dignitaries from government authorities. Situated in a 120,000 square feet campus, the data center was built within 18 months of being announced, despite challenges caused by global supply disruptions and covid-19. The MUM-2 is a Tier 3-designated data center that can support 10MVA of gross power. It is adjacent to the Web Werks Mumbai-1 DC in Navi Mumbai allowing customers to take advantage of the existing rich interconnection ecosystem. The data center enables access to Tier-1 carriers, 200+ ISPs, three of India's largest peering exchanges, along with cloud on-ramp with major hyperscale cloud providers. Nikhil Rathi, CEO of Web Werks said, "We are pleased to announce the second data center facility in Navi Mumbai. Our existing data center in Mumbai is almost fully leased, and we see increased demand for our services from various customer segments. This demand will further be bolstered by the growing digitization, the rollout of the 5G network in India, and rising cloud adoption. With this new data center and our team of industry veterans, we will be able to support demand and offer a connectivity-rich ecosystem." William L. The Web Werks - Iron Mountain Data Centers JV previously announced they have signed MoUs with the Karnataka and Tamil Nadu government to set up data centers in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The construction of the standalone data centers is nearing completion and the first data halls will be made available in the first half of 2023. In 2022, Web Werks as part of the joint venture participated in the 3rd ground-breaking ceremony at the Global Investors Summit in Uttar Pradesh, and announced plans to invest in a new hyperscale data center in Noida. How 5G Technology will change the course of the Internet in India

The Internet has always been a boon for mankind. Right from the invention of the World Wide Web by Tim Berners-Lee in 1989, it has always served us; and today, we cannot even imagine a day without the Internet. As Bruce Sterling rightly said – “the Internet belongs to everyone and no one”. It has transformed us on how to connect with the outside world, organizing the flow of things and sharing information. But, with the entry of the telecom company Jio in the year 2016, the whole scenario was completely changed. The company started providing 4G Internet services in India at an affordable price. Common people who had to once rely on 2G or 3G data for just a couple of GB’s, has now started using 4G Internet speed in their mobile portable devices. People started embracing the Work from Home culture, thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic. But that was only possible due to high-speed internet. 5th Generation Internet or commonly termed as 5G technology is the next big advancement for a developing country like India. There will be complete dominance of the IoT ecosystem with web-enabled smart devices. The master project of smart cities by Govt. of India will also be streamlined with the Internet of Things (IoT) with the adoption of the 5G cellular network technology.

Hence, we can say, the Internet is the fuel for running any tech-driven innovation & development and with a stable and high-speed internet technology like 5G network, a country like India can make the best out of it with the enormous talent of the workforce it has which can play a big role in making the Digital Transformation, a dream well thought of.
