Turo's eyes lite up as soon as he heard Clemont was an inventor! He was so glad his instincts were right on that assumption! So joyous was this information to the man, he couldn't hide the excitement in his voice!

"That's a beautiful thing! You'll the creating things that help progress humanity forward to a better future! Even if it's something big like streamlined teleportation of mass goods or something small like a soda can opener for the disabled, each invention can impact the lives of countless people!" While his dramatics could have gone on, his eye caught something with the machine they were both investigating.

"Ah! Do you have an electric pokemon? My Kilowattrel has Volt Absorb, so could handle any access charge this machine has. If we could see how it runs at max capacity, then we should be able to quickly pinpoint the most problem areas without having to deconstruct it!"

The Rotom winced as the potion was sprayed on them, though once it took effect, the ghost looked at the humans and pokemon around them. Turo couldn't help but chuckle as the ghost dashed behind Clemont's leg to hide from the rest of them. He guessed they were timid and mischievous in nature. "I believe the Sinnoh region has books on folklore about Rotom and who they possessed objects and appliances." Oh right, Rotom-Phones were a thing too, weren't they?

The Rotom, meanwhile, caught a glimpse of tech in Clemont's backpack and attempted to possess it like they did with the machine they had to tinkering with earlier. However, they didn't account for him to have empty pokeballs in there, thus triggering one!

Wobble. Wobble. Wobble-

Turo watched the whole scene play out, wondering if he were mistaken on the nature of this Rotom. Rash, Hasty, Naughty or even Bold could fit at this point!

The execution went perfectly, both Joules and Pewitt managed to help regulate the machine’s capacity for power without it overloading. The circuits, wiring, and from a glance, all the hardware appeared to showing no signs of ware and tear. Turo began to wonder if either of them missed anything or made any assumptions that would have resulted in a fundamental error in their observation. All the parts seemed well-made and the semiconductor has functioning perfectly.

“Ah! I see now. Mister-I mean, Clemont! Do you have a potion on you? It appeared we accidently gave our shy little friend here quite a shocking experience.” Turo’s words would become clear as a Rotom came stumbling out of the machine, dazed.

It appears they were the reason for the machine’s energy issues!

Clemont blinked a few times at the sudden noise. What could-…oh! Professor Turo’s words became much clearer when a Rotom came stumbling out of the machine, dazed. “A Rotom and yes!” He then took his backpack off, digging around in his backpack before pulling a potion bottle out of his backpack. “Everything’s going to be okay once I heal you up, Rotom.” He started spraying the contents onto the Rotom in hopes to heal Rotom up.

“Joules, absorb any access electricity for us please. Go.” The Kilowattrel  appeared from his luxury ball, nuzzling Turo’s beard before flying over to perch on the machine. Yes, Turo’s beard was no sticking out because of static electricity but that’s not important now (but funny). The frigatebird’s wings started to drain and store the energy from the device within themselves.

“A Heliolisk does sound like the perfect pokemon for the job! Excellent. Well Mr. Clemeont, are you prepared to start our diagnostic analysis?” Age was not a barrier for Turo to show his respect for his fellow colleagues.

“Alright, Prewitt, come on out! Help us figure this out together!” Prewitt was soon released from Clemont’s Pokeball as he noticed Turo’s beard now sticking out. He held himself together to resist the urge to laugh at Turo’s beard. It wouldn’t be appropriate for himself and the other.

Heliolisk started to help the Kilowattrel out with the device as Clemont gave a firm, serious nod. “Yes, I’m prepared, sir and you can call me just Clemont.” Clemont grinned softly, pushing his glasses up a bit.

Clemont felt his cheeks burning up at the praise of inventors as he lets out a soft chuckle. His eyes widened at the question escaping from the professor’s mouth as he pulled a Pokeball out. “I do, yes! I have Blaze, he’s a Galvantula!” He answered the other’s question. “I also have Prewitt, he’s a Heliolisk. Although, Prewitt is far more suited with this situation more than Blaze since Galvantulas tends to take out a lot of energy and cause things to power down.”
