I've made three superheroines from a generic kitchen sink superhero universe, send me an adversary and which heroine you choose and we'll see if these heroines get instant lossed or not. Mad scientists, aliens, mutants, wizards, ordinary criminal gangs, demons... it's a universe where any kind of enemy goes!

Our three heroines:

Spearhead, aka Naomi Yen. A master martial artist who can channel her chi through her body to achieve superhuman feats or her weapons to harm even the toughest foes. Spearhead’s chi manifests as a blue light that makes her hair, eyes, spear and javelins glow. Enthusiastic, friendly and competitive, once she gained her chi powers she leapt enthusaistically into superheroing, clad in her distinctive yellow costume with blue detailing.

Quasar, aka Yllre of Edir. A noblewoman from the planet Edir who possesses the ability to fly, generate force fields and unleash energy blasts, Yllra arrived on Earth after the destruction of her home planet alongside a small community of refugees, but her towering height and long white hair make her stand out amongst humans. Her work as a superhero originates from her sense of duty and innate morals, but she sees humans as technologically backwards and savage.

Mindwarp, aka Aniyah Williams. A newtype, Aniyah Williams spent a decade after her powers developed honing her mind and body for superheroism. She uses a variety of gadgets alongside her powers of telepathy, technopathy and short-term precognition to defeat physically superior opponents using superior strategy. This, her intelligence and her success as a businesswoman has made her arrogant and confident she can handle any threat.

Kayla the Minitaur (Not to be called that within her earshot) is an adventurer. Proud, serious and a capable warrior (though a little sensitive about her height, which is drastically shorter than the average minotaur's). She is proficient with both the twin axes she wields and the powers borne of her people's faith which allows her both strengthen herself and enfeeble her foes.

Currently separated from her comrades, it might take her a while to get reunited as she was never the best when it came to directions; she will certainly have no trouble surviving until then no matter what kind of dangerous monsters or scheming creeps she runs into.

After Lacey's father was kidnapped by Liberate Earth, a planetside group of terrorists in opposition to the Unified Humanity Network, she was drafted into the UHN military because she could no longer afford treatment for her disability. As one of the older children in the program, she quickly rose in the ranks, becoming a big sister - and ace pilot - to the 2nd division. It's been three years since her father's ransom was ignored by the UHN, and suddenly they want to send her unit to Earth to rescue him. Although she's only a teenager, Lacey knows there's more to this war than they're telling her - her father has something the government wants, and they'll use her to get to him.

Mecha fights! War crimes!!! D...Disability compensation for child soldiers? Alien sex!? All of these and more are (dubiously) plausible in this setting! Reply to this post, or send me an anon, describing an opponent/challenge for Lacey (ideally one she would "never lose to!") and, based on the flip of a coin, I'll post the results of their battle!

Setting: Fantasy Political sim (Think Scrapped Princess RPG)

Hero: Keeper of the Five Holy Nails, Lance of the Patrician, Saint of the Switching Seasons: Iona XII

The lance and magic wielding executioner Iona, second only to the Arch Pontiff Herself, was once a stranger to the land she has devoted herself to defending the faith of. But, due to a devotion as fierce as her skill, she was able to climb the ranks from humble mercenary to breaking bread with the papal estate. Although kept at arms distance by most of the clergy, the current Arch Pontiff's favour, Iona was declared the current avatar of the Saint of Switching Seasons, a role representing both the fertility of Spring and the harvests of Autumn.

playing a silly variant of INLT○ with my wife where:

- we actually started with a Quest for our characters to keep moving a plot (the Lady Maria and Prince Alex, a retainer knight and a cocky prince in a fantasy setting, who are trying to reuinite a fractured kingdom by challenging feuding lords to duels).

- we then made little Objectives (defeat each of the main five lords all with a particular horny gimmick) that our characters have to get through to further their quest.

- to achieve each objective we face different Adversaries (for example one lordship was ruled by a scholary lady who uses tentacle magic, so we had to fight her tentacle magic priestesses, and a water tentacle monster, etc.). if one of our characters loses, after their instant loss scene the other character can save them by flipping heads.

- if both lose, we take a total party loss, but are able to keep going on the Objective.

- when we get to the end of an Objective we face a Boss Adversary that we need to get heads twice on to beat. if we total party loss against a Boss, we need to give up on the Objective after the loss scene, and go for a different one (in this case, find a different lord).

we landed on this after feeling a bit aimless in how to work into scenes and trying to find some more continuity for the sake of our characters, and it was a really fun way of playing! we're halfway through this Quest with Lady Maria and Prince Alex and i'm itching to pick the game back up (we stopped because it was 3 am last night).

Setting: Magitech sci-fi fantasy type setting.

Hero: Roxanne Sterling is a girl who just wants a normal life, currently on the run from an evil CEO who is both her sister and a clone born from the same source as her. To avoid attention, she tries to stay innocuous by working boring office jobs and laying low outside of the public eye - although her eyepatch and cane do tend to make her stand out. She’s a bit less of a “hero”, but when cornered she can try her best to hold her own with her trusty pistol.

Limeade getting attacked by tentacles ‼‼‼

Surrounded by a wall of vaguely phallic looking tentacles out of nowhere, Limeade closes the visor on her riding helmet and whispers her secret phrase "moe moe kill-N-death heart splash!", transforming into her magical girl form. Pink lace adorns a pitch blacker leather jacket and skintight latex body suit with a solid black mask obsecuring her face under a long trail of neon pink hair. She brandishes her trusty crowbar, now dolled up a pretty little bow, and prepares to fight for her life!

Magia Limeade slashes through the tangle of tentacles, leaving behind a trail of pepto-bismol coloured splashes and sparkles. Finding the monsters core, she mounts he motorcycle and charges through the beast, slashing it in twain. She releases her transformation and the monster collapses into a dozen pieces, a tentacle landing in her path. Limeade grinds the squishy sausage-like appendage against the pavement with a scornful gaze and spits on it for good measure, before carrying on her way.

Syr Therese is a tall, strong woman in shining armor. She wields a magical glowing shield and a massive sword made of polished steel. Her loyalty to the Princess is absolute, and she's never been interested in romance or silly things like that.

Now, you reply with opponents - ones she would obviously never lose to - and I'll flip a coin to determine the winner. Then one of us will write the results out~

obviously my interpretation of "instant loss" is different from what the core rules like suggest but i think it needs to be like adapted for more soloplay style games like i think then like the line between a loss and like a rebound can be more blurred

"I'll Never Lose to 〇〇〇〇!!!" being both long enough that you want to abbreviate and having characters that make that hard is kind of an intentional bit on my part

like i think the people i've talked to have settled on INLTO for it, and i use that too, but those aren't really Os, yeah?

technically they're, like, "marumaru", so INLTM is in theory right too

and i wrote INLTC for a while because. i mean. the last word is supposed to be cock we don't actually have to pretend otherwise.

INLT- or INLT_ is also probably a good one. keep the blank a blank

anyway, it doesn't actually matter, but it is funny to me to make that annoying on purpose

Tano Kazumi was a competitive kid. She was a green belt before she learned her times tables, and through middle school she rose to the top of her district's Kendo (fencing) practice. However, as she outpaced her peers, competition grew boring. There was no challenge in comparing herself to others. And so, when she started high school, she quit all of her other clubs, and committed her heart to Kyudo (archery). She was completely focused on improving herself, a task that only grew harder the more her skill increased. At the start of sophomore year, Kazumi was approached by... something not of this world. A cold glow that reflected in the icy water of the lake the night she- A voice that spoke in her dreams. "I can end this," the voice promised her. "You're the only one strong enough to help me." So Kazumi became a magical girl. Late at night, dressed in dark purple clothing that moved as if suspended in lake water, she used her various skills to fight alien threats, led by the mysterious and... clingy... Future Princess Noel.

Timeline manipulation! Tentacled aliens! Teenage sex? All this and more, as Tano Kazumi fights to protect Earth!

Now all I need is for you to reply with an adversary Kazumi might face! Aliens are abducting sleepwalkers? A ghost possessed her mother? Maybe something as simple as a jealous classmate bringing a knife to school? No matter how strong or weak an enemy, Kazumi's response will be the same...

The Heroines:

Syr Therese - An unparalleled knight in shining armor, loyal only to the Princess. Therese's world is one of goblins, paramilitary churches, and ancient magic.

Lacey - A disabled mecha pilot who acts as "big sister" to her fellow child soldiers. Lacey's world is one of guerilla warfare, interplanetary trade, and state secrets.

Tano Kazumi - A depressed Japanese high-schooler by day, a suicidal magical girl by night. Kazumi's world is one of emotion-powered magic, aliens infiltrating the internet, and ghosts from the future.

How to play:

Just send a reply/anonymous ask describing an Adversary/Challenge for my Heroine! No matter how pathetic the opponent, or if she's facing down an instant loss, she'll always respond the same way:

"I'll never lose to you!"

should i make a new INLTO character at this point? just for some setting variety? obviously i wanna play more with therese, i like leaving permanent marks like the haircut on her, but i should try some cyberpunk or superhero or smth

i think for me when writing INLTO scenes the thing is that like the sex is so much less like engaging than like building up how headstrong the heroine is like the loss itself and the aftermath like the sex is just a thing that happened
