Activity - October
An action I took up today was yoga. For the completion of the action, I first made a research on Youtube and found a video that was the most likely to be effective as a morning yoga exervise. The name of the video and channel is “The BEST way to start your day!” by Yoga with Adriene .
It did not take up much time, and the effect was rather observed. I felt really relaxed and ready to start my day. The video was not overwhelming or irritating for an observation of in the morning, so the exercise done was really pleasant.

Creativity
Last weekend, I decided to cook some of traditional Italian food for me and my close colleague, Maja Stec.
The trick to that was that it was my first time making gnocchi out of scratch. The receipt used was found on the website of Jamie Oliver, - who is a popular British restaurateur around the whole world, and is also popular for his contributions in cooking. The only ingredient not used was nutmeg, for the reason that I wanted to make the dish as classical as possible.
The photos attached below present the whole process of cooking, and then enjoying the dish with my friend.
