Was talking to a friend the other day about how I don't think I'll ever feel like an adult and he started saying some stuff about people still feeling like the age they were in the pandemic but tbh I think you hit 13-16 and somewhere in that you just stop feeling like you're ageing

#i think we should just accept that sometimes the answer is much simpler #I've spoken to multiple adults who say they still feel 15 despite being at least 30 when lockdown started #im only saying this because ive seen a few people online thinking the same thing as my friend #i just dont really see the correlation. like this isnt a new phenomenon. some people just dont feel like they've grown up #and this doesn't apply to maturity or physical ageing because i know ive grown in those regards #i just.. feel like im still in my mid teens #idk maybe it'll catch up to me eventually #post #to be deleted
