hey dude, as we all know, Cordelia once mentioned that reije looks a bit like Carl but didn't mention if she was talking about looks or personality, in my opinion,I think she's talking about the face, red eyes and dark hair etc. If you look closely at reije and kino, they both have red eyes and black hair you'll see that they have white hair on the bottom too , and look at Uncle Richter His eyes are red. I really don't know where Richter got the green hair. It could be his father. I don't know, but the Sakamaki brothers mentioned that Carl can change his shape, so this is not his real shape i guess. I think he looks just like kino. I mean, exactly like kino!!! because kino is the result of Carl's DNA alone, In my opinion, as the game says, Carl is a manipulative person who only cares about the success of Adam and Eve's plan and doesn't care if he hurts someone along the way.
