I do like how a calculation error early on in the show made Kyoshi out to be over 200 years old when she died, which later became an integral part of her character and story.

#in episode 4 they said she was born 400 years before ATLA #and since Roku was born 182 years before ATLA that would make her at least 218 years old at death #her canonical age was 230 at death btw #I'm pretty sure they meant her to be earlier on in the Avatar cycle #in episode 3 there's a different Avatar next to Roku's statue #Kyoshi's statue is further back
