We don't spend much time with this Dagan Gera. But we know he was a skilled pilot, a tenacious warrior, and a powerful Jedi. Arrogant and prone to pride, he held a soft spot for Santari and their shared project of Tanalorr. It was to be their new home, and he wouldn't let anyone - the abyss, the Nihil, the Jedi council, his own looming darkness - take it away from them.
