To make a long story short….

Before Tommy could get to Quackity, Dream finds him, ties his hands behind his back (with a lot of fighting!) and resolves to use Tommy as a hostage.

He won’t let Tommy go, no. He just wants Quackity to suffer.

Grrgrrrrr and Tommy knows that, too :) He knows he's not getting out of it and it's just gonna be a losing situation for everyone except Dream, because that's how it always goes :) :) :)

Also 100% the best way to make Quackity suffer would be to torture Tommy and maybe even kill him a few times in front of him, since he cares about him so much :) :) :)
