I like the idea of all the ninjas co-parenting the kids, and none of them having a specific role/name. Most of them (except maybe Jay) didn't even have a normal childhood when they grew up so they cannot refer to themselves with a single title like father or uncle because in the end they are a huge found family in which everyone plays more than one role while taking care of the kiddos.
