Not sure how monster centric this is, but I had a thought about a human Peter V asking Lucian to bite him and turn him into a werewolf so they can both be immortal together.

Not sure how inspiring this is, lol. But it’s the only thought I’ve got.

I had to think this one over cause I originally had an idea and then I realized, wait, no, don't write that idea, that sounds too much like a fic you read and that's not a good think, John.

Anyway, have this idea instead.

This isn't for any of my au cause I honestly don't remember if any of them have a human Peter anymore. (Maybe the one where he's an alchemist??? Does anyone even remember that idea???)

On with the fic!

Peter was over Lucian, pinning him to the bed, sitting on his stomach. "Lucian." He said quietly, the mood in the air shifting from something passionate to something else.

This makeout session was completely thrown out the window by Peter's thoughts, thoughts he had been having for ages now. Made worse when he caught his reflection in the mirror in his room. A reminder of what had been on his mind for months, a thought that kept evolving and changing, and then cementing itself.

It was only a matter of time that he finally told Lucian what it was, and apparently now was better than never.

Lucian frowned softly, hearing the tone in Peter's voice. "What's the matter?"

"I... look, let's just get back to kissin', alright?" Peter leaned down, but rough fingertips were gentle against his lips, preventing him from kissing his boyfriend.

"Peter, talk to me. Something is clearly bothering you that you would stop trying to get into my pants."

Peter made a noise that sounded like gravel and glass caught in a blender, then he sighed. "Lucian, how long have we been together?"

"I'd say five years now."

"Five fuckin' fantastic years." Peter smiled a little before he swallowed, looking at Lucian's chest, at the scars there from ages of war and conflict. "But... let's be honest, babe, I'm not gettin' any younger, or healthier."

Lucian's frown deepened. "Are we breaking up?"

"Fuck, no! No! God, no, never!" Peter panicked. "No, it's just... Lucian, I'm gonna get old."

"It happens to humans."

"Yeah. Humans. Not immortal beings as hot as you."

"T-thank you?"

Peter groaned and rubbed at his face. "Lucian, what... what I'm trying to get at is that... I'm gonna get old. I'm gonna probably get sick. I'm shocked I haven't destroyed my liver yet, or haven't finally died yet from the hunting or a stunt gone wrong."

He inhaled deeply and looked at a worried Lucian. "What I'm asking of you is... is there a chance that you could bite me?"

The quiet that fell over them was heavy and worrisome. Lucian put his hands on Peter's thighs, gently squeezing them. "Peter, that is a very large thing you're asking of me."

"I know."

"It's dangerous, not everyone bitten survives."

"I know."

"I can't... I can't risk that."

"I know, I know!" Peter hissed, looking into those beautiful hazel eyes. "But Lucian, I don't want to die and leave you alone. You've been alone for so long, and you've told me before that you don't think you could handle havin' your heart broken again."

He moved to put a hand over one of Lucian's. "And I... I really don't want to get old and die, or get sick and die, or any of that shit. Does it mean giving up my humanity to live with you for so much longer? Yeah, but that's okay. I'd rather be a lycan than a vampire any day, I'll accept immortality if it's done by you."

Lucian closed his eyes, sighing through his nose. "It's a heavy request."

"Yeah, I get that. Do you... want to take time to think it over?"

"If that's alright with you, my love?"

Peter nodded and Lucian took his hand, bringing it to his lips to kiss one of the rings that still remained on his fingers. "Thank you. Give me time, I will let you know soon."

"Yeah." Peter nodded. "Yeah, okay, take all the time you need, babe."

I bummed myself out, haha, which is made weird cause I'm listening to the musical numbers from the recent season of Only Murders in the Building so it's throwing my feelings into a tizzy.
