G1 fanfiction authors are legitimately able to sift through the highly episodic "saturday morning cartoons" nature of the show and can channel that energy into some of the most smut filled, morbid, profound, and enjoyable fics. There are so many characters with very interesting setups, and goddamn it Riot you're going to mention improv again Yes i am because i love taking some off the wall idea and seeing where it takes you (plus 100% i took improv to be not only an easy pass class but because i had had that teacher a lot in HS and thought it would help me be less controlling in my writing and it was a very fun class ngl) and honestly reblog chains on Tumblr remind me of "Yes, and..." mmmkay
