Leaning towards "rich people food" Andrei wouldn't really care that much about pizza tbh. He'd just take the moment to troll her by suggesting ungodly horrors such as pineapple or even ice cream as toppings, which would result in him being chained to the couch or buried dead in the yard, depending how far he takes the joke.
