I’ll hold your hand.” He smiled, as he always did.

I sprained my ankle while training with Ryuji and I didn’t want to embarrass myself, so I went to Dr. Takemi as soon as I could.” He wa lying on the couch to keep it elevated. “I’ll be fine... just need an ice pack. “You mean, romantically?” He asked in return, taking a spoonful of curry to chew it and swallow as he thought of a good answer. “Well, all the girls in our group are beautiful and the boys too. If Akechi counts... him too. But... I’m not sure if I have a real crush on anyone yet.” Akira said, twirling a curly strand of hair around his finger, eyes cast on Futaba who was playing a game on her phone. “What brought this up? You got someone you like?” He smirked at her teasingly.

“Tsk... sorry. I thought I’d take care of it myself.” Joker had far more powerful Personas. He survived the arena gauntlet all by himself, but not unscathed. The team told him to rest up before continuing on through the Palace to reach the manager’s floor. He was safe for now, but his arm hurt like absolute hell, and as Crow said, it would time for it to heal. “You can go. I’ll be fine with the others.” It’s a sign that he wanted to be left alone with his thoughts for a while.

There’s a reason why he hated the winter and preferred warmer seasons. Staying out for far too long, doing some shopping, had taken a toll on him. Morgana had stayed at Leblanc, of course. No cat should be out in this weather. He pulled his coat closer to his body in an attempt to warm it up as he hastily got back home with his bag and shut the front door, sighing in relief. “...I’m back and I hate the cold.” Akira muttered as he placed the bags down for Sojiro to take care of.

However, before he had the chance to take off his coat, Sojiro mentioned that they had a new customer, who was seeking warmth from the harsh cold outside. Akira looked up and raised his brows, surprised. He had seen this man before, but who was he, and why did they look so familiar? “Um... hello and welcome to Leblanc.” He hurriedly hung up his coat and walked behind the counter. “...How about some coffee and curry to warm you up, sir?”

Akira nodded firmly at her words, fists clenched as he stared at a couple of drunks off in the distance. Some others were acting weirder than usual, soso he opted to hold Futaba’s hand tightly to get her through the crowd and most importantly, home safe and sound. “Right. We won’t be like that in the future either, even though... our lives are pretty messed up.” He couldn’t deny that fact.

“We’ll change society as we said. We have to do it and I’m counting on you all too. We’re a team, after all.” He gave her a smile. “Now, come on, we’ll miss our train.”

I’m not through with you yet!” Joker barked at the last Shadow that had ran away from him in fear or perhaps cockiness for managing to bring him to his knees with an unexpected Megidolaon. He groaned first in pain, then realizing that he was utterly defeated. Oracle’s voice going through his earpiece certainly didn’t help matters. “You don’t get it... I had it! I swear I did!” In the end, though, he let out a sigh and slowly stood up to take out Parvati and heal himself. “Today’s not my day, is it? Wanna head back?”

Another Shadow defeated all by himself and this time, he had to change his Personas almost constantly. The last one was used to heal himself after it was over. The thrill was still there as he wiped the black ooze from his cheek, smirking until an unfamiliar voice caught his attention and he turned his head.

“...Who are you? They’re called Personas, actually. How’d you end up in this place?” Mementos was a labyrinth and not easy to navigate through, after all. Joker had his guard up, hand itching for his gun.

“Whoa-!” That bump on his shoulder was kind of rough and he was worried Morgana might have gotten hurt. Judging by the high-pitched meowing in his bag, the answer was, unfortunately, quite obvious. Akira winced a little and rubbed his arm, his gaze set on a boy around his age with silver hair. “It’s okay... I know the station can be crowdy in the mornings...” He hoped he wouldn’t ask any questions. “Um, do you... go to Shujin, by any chance? I don’t think I’ve seen you around...”

“Taking the enemy by surprise is exactly what a Phantom Thief does.” Despite his advice, the last battle didn’t go so well. Getting ambushed due to his rush to get across wasn’t the best plan. But it all worked out in the end, even if he got chewed out by Crow here. He rolled his shoulders and neck nonchalantly. It’s not the first time this had happened, after all. “Relax, I’ll be more careful next time. Although, danger is my middle name.”

Ren had gotten hurt and while he wasn’t sure who or what had done it, he won’t allow his precious little sister to be sad. Especially when she had so much to deal with because of his probation. He had to repay the favor somehow.

So, he held onto her arm while they walked to the nearest train station. After all, the hospital was quite a ways from Shujin, and he wished there was a faster way to do this without causing her too much pain.

“You said that an hour ago... give it a rest already...” Akira was invited to Yusuke’s dorm to talk about things and truthfully, while his painting was really good, it didn’t change the fact that it was getting late, and he had to go home soon or he’d miss curfew and Sojiro would yell at him again. “Please just go to sleep, Yusuke. You can finish it tomorrow and I’m sleepy too...”

He blinked and covered his mouth as soon as he realized what he had just uttered. He didn’t mean for that to slip out so suddenly. He was just thinking out loud, about his double life as a leader and persona-use.it was confusing, knowing that he had another part of himself that craved carnage and ravaging his enemies. Tohru’s response made him fall silent for saying that.

“Tohru-san... I had no idea. I’m sorry for your loss. It must be tougher than what I’m going through right now. I didn’t mean to say that, but... thanks. It’s nice to have some support. I’m actually surprised I managed to make some friends with all the false rumors about me. You don’t believe them, do you?”
