My other bit of entertainment at work is telling my coworkers about the previous people who came before them (only good/funny things though like if you want bad things, ask Sophia, but i don't know any bad things)

#like i mean sophia would know if the previous employees made mistakes in the accounting work or didn't do anything productive #i just know them as good well meaning people who were interesting to work with and chat to #like I'm in the office mostly (with the exception of covid lockdowns/annual leave days/etc) so I know them as people #whereas sophia who spends most days working from home only really knows her employees as a dollar figure #like she'll be at home and think 'i pay this guy $$$$$ a week and he only produces that much?????'#whereas that guy could be coming in the office every day cheerily asking people about their weekends & helping out with their jobs #I'll remember Brendon for our cool football chats whereas Sophia will remember him for trying to take her business #who's right? well me in that instance
