Gregbot Refutations

I've made a completely separate post on the strongest point of the Gregbot theory: the vision distortion, so I shall not address it here.

1. "Gregory duznt eat/drink! That's weerd"

Neither do literally all the other FNaF protagonists. And three of them are confirmed human (Jeremy, Fitz and Mike Schmidt).

2. "Freddy says 'uR bRoKeN'!"

a. Crying Child was also told he was broken, but did that mean he was a robot?? No, he was confirmed human.

c. The uncensored/cut line stated Gregory was bleeding, as in, Freddy's systems ran accurate diagnostics on Gregory's body to detect actual, real human blood (and he does so in game as well, just with censored wording). If we're to refute this point of evidence solely because it was cut and shouldn't apply to canon/any future theories, I could also state Vanny/Afton doesn't actually want to hurt Gregory after capturing him because she doesn't wield a knife anymore (they cut that too). Do you see how nonsensical that sounds.

3. "Charlie bleeeds nd sleeeps in da buks!"

Read previous point above in regards to Freddy's diagnostics. Also the fact all humans are confirmed to bleed as well.

4. "He hesitated to tell Freddy hiz name!1!"

Gregory is confirmed to be a very skeptical person. It doesn't mean he's shy necessarily, but homeless people who have always had to fend for themselves without help are prone to be skeptic with skeptical first meetings.

Freddy and the animatronics are confirmed allies to the pizzeria and everyone working within it, therefore, there's the inevitable possibility Freddy could easily sell him out to the employees. Said employee is a confirmed serial killer, and Gregory knows she's a killer. He has every right to be very nervous about giving out any bit of personal information that could land him in a bit of trouble.

Also the fact he's like 8 and children know the don't trust strangers rule.

5. "FrEddy sayz Greg luks diFfErEnT"

I'd imagine anyone would look surprisingly different when putting them through an x-ray filter. A skinless human being would shock me too.

Keep in mind Roxy's eyes are capable of sensing and keeping track of robots through walls. However, Gregory was never detectable through her eyes.

6. "Van sayz Greg duznt exist"

They're directly referring to the customer database. Gregory doesn't appear because 1. He didn't give a last name and 2. He was never a guest. It would be extremely outlandish, illegal, and nigh impossible for Fazbear entertainment to have all of the personal details (SSNs, physical addresses, etc) of every citizen within the city ala a police database security system.

7. "Gregorie can use da recharge stayshun and not b effected!!1!"

a. Obvious gameplay mechanic. Freddy also teleports to Gregory everytime (save for the time Moondrop gets him) he jumps into one. Does that mean Freddy can canonically teleport?

b. The recharge station, when ON and working only responds to Freddy, therefore only affects Freddy. Keep in mind that when Gregory goes into it without Freddy, it's darker and doesn't charge (Moon kidnapping Freddy scene). Every other time (which is with Freddy) it activates however, and turns bright with activation. During the times it's actually activated with it's recharging effects present, Gregory is in Freddy's chest cavity reserved for birthday cakes. If an animatronic needed to recharge whilst having a birthday cake within their cavity, it would be such a waste to have it negatively affected.

TLDR anything within the chest cavity is not affected by the recharging station.

8. "Gregory is somehow a tEcH wIz being able 2 upgrayde Freddy!1!"

He's not a tech wiz.

1. He was afraid to even touch Freddy in his inactive state, stating everything looked far too complicated for him to understand.

2. The process was done through a very simple ABC Simon Says esque instruction module everyone was capable of following. Why does everyone forget we're looking at and actively following everything Gregory is going through/learning? Did what he was instructed to do seem like rocket science?

9. "Greg wuz abel to push Cheekuh with HuLk StReNgTh!1!"

Chica was taken off guard by basic physics and leverage, not weight and strength. She was hunched over on unstable ground already. Anyone is easily able to be toppled with unstable ground and lowered guard, regardless of strength.
