Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel!
Welcome to the ask blog for the Hazbin Hotel, featuring all of the residents, along with their newest sponsors - the Vees! They're here to answer all of your questions, and might occasionally reblog things they like. Vox runs the website and handles most things around here, but the others are here too. Also me - hi, you can call me Mel (she/her), liaison between the hotel and the Vees. But I'll mostly let the others do the talking.
So, send in an ask! You can request to talk to someone specific, or someone (or multiple people) will reply at random. As I said, you can expect to see Vox the most, but Lucifer, Alastor, Charlie, and Angel Dust are all decently active here. The others might pop in on occasion.
THINGS TO KNOW
This blog is set not long after Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel. It has its own lore, and all asks exist within the same continuity. All major story arcs are tagged on the navigation page to easily keep track of plot developments.
Here you can find the rules for how the universe of this blog works.
NSFW themes are allowed, but I'm unlikely to get graphic with anything.
Due to the nature of this, this is an 18+ blog - MINORS DNI. This is for everyone’s protection - these characters will say inappropriate things when responding to asks, so I can’t risk a minor being on the receiving end of such things. If I find out a minor is sending in asks, you will be blocked.
OCs are welcome to interact, but please no children and no one who's related to/has history with one of the characters.
Canon characters sending in asks will be treated as though they're from a different universe, since this blog has its own lore for the characters that other portrayals of the character might not fit.
RP is done through asks, not reblogs.
If you send a link, please include a brief description of what the link is to. (It can be as simple as 'an edit of Lucifer and Charlie'.) I ask this because I've been sent links to leaks, and I'd like to avoid that, so I won't open links unless I know what they are.
The majority of these characters aren't good people, so don't expect them to always be nice. (Similarly, just because a character says something doesn't mean I, the moderator, agree with it.)
I will answer most things via queue, which posts 15 times a day. There will also be exceptions, such as if the asks are connected to a current situation that’s happening, a limited time event/game, or you know, if I feel like it.
Be kind and respectful! Giving the characters a hard time is fine, but spreading hate to anyone who interacts with the blog is a blockable offense.
NAVIGATION
A navigation page can be found here, where you can find posts tagged by character and ship, as well as art, fics, and lore.
This is also where you will find all of the story arcs in chronological order!
MODERATOR
Mel is my OC name that I go by here. She is a demon who works for Vox as a liason with the hotel, but I'll also talk about my normal life under that name. A few facts about me:
30
AuDHD
bi/ace
Married
2 Cats, 1 Dog
CST time zone
Also here is where you can find my triggers/phobias, if you could pretty please avoid sending in anything involving them - thanks!

Hello! I'm Boomtowne and this is my Warriors design blog! The goal for this blog is for me to design every single named character in the series in order of appearance.
My Links
General Blog | Warriors Blog | Youtube
The rules i'm following for this challenge are-
Generally, the actual books take priority over the allegiances, just because a character is listed in the allegiances section of a book does not mean that i'm going to be drawing them then, I'll instead be drawing characters when they officially appear/are named in the books. (Example: Boulder is listed in the allegiances of Into the Wild but doesn't actually appear in the books until The Darkest Hour, i'll be drawing him with the cats who first appear in that book rather than Into the Wild) The reason I do this is because I like to understand the context behind why a cat first appears or what they are actually like in the books before I draw them, I feel like it really adds to the design!
I draw cats in various stages of their life, so as a cat ages/changes ranks I'll be drawing them multiple times. The changes I'll draw are; Kits -> Apprentice -> Warrior/Med Cat -> Leader/Elder. Exceptions will be made for cats who go through very drastic changes (example; Brightpaw -> Lostface -> Brightheart or Stormkit -> Crookedkit) but in cases where cats don't change a lot inbetween ranks, I will most likely be drawing them only once. (Boris and Cherry -> Sparrowpaw and Cherrypaw, or Yellowfang as a rogue -> Yellowfang as a TC medicine cat)
I take into account the family that a cat has before I design them, but to me the website family tree doesn't exist. If a familal relation is never explicitly confirmed in the books and exists only through the family tree, then it's not canon in my book and I won't be considering it for my designs. (Examples: Smallear being Goldenflower and Lionheart's dad, Robinwing and Fuzzypelt being Dustpelt and Ravenpaw's parents, and Whitestorm being Ferncloud and Ashfur's father)
The same goes for any cats who do appear or officially exist in the books but are only given names or designs through the family tree (Examples: Ashfur and Ferncloud's littermates, Firestar and Princess' littermates, and Cloudtail's littermates)
Rules for others
You are 100% allowed to use my designs for MAP's, fanart, or whatever else. Just make sure you give credit and feel free to tag/link me, I'd love to see!
If you'd like to follow me along and also draw the cats in order of when they first appear you of course can, i'd love to see the stuff you draw as well! Additionally, you don't at all have to follow the rules that I'm following, if you feel like my personal rules are too restricting feel free to adapt the challenge however you want to! This is all in good fun after all.
Please refrain from asking for a specific character to be drawn, I'll get to everyone as long as they're named in the books I promise! If you notice I've skipped over a character feel free to send in an ask or a DM letting me know! Just make sure you give me some information about when the character was first named (book title, chapter, page number, and the quote from the book would be great), this way I can double check and add them to my list!
Feel free to send in an ask or DM me if you have any other questions!

How to Get More Network Marketing Leads From Classified Ad Sites
Are you looking for a great way to generate leads for your network marketing business? Classified ad sites are a great way to accomplish this. Many have decided to leave classified ads behind, claiming they are not worth it anymore. I believe this is a BIG mistake.
The benefits of placing classified ads online certainly outweigh the "supposed" detriments.
What Are Classified Ad Sites?
Classified advertising sites are essentially sites that allow you to post short classified ads. Some even allow you unlimited posting capabilities and give you the ability to use HTML in your ad.
One of the most well known classified ad sites is Craigslist, which people commonly use to post items for sale, jobs, and opportunities. You can also use this site to post an ad for your business as long as you do not abuse it.
Craigslist allows you to post your ad for free, and you are able to target your ad to a specific geographic area within the United States and other countries also. Craigslist allows you to post as many ads as you want to in as many different cities around the word that you wish.
The trick is to stay on top of your ads and create a system of posting. Your ads will fall off the site quickly due to the massive posting going on. Craigslist is a very busy site.
A word of warning: You may also see ads on Craigslist that will try and sell you automated posting software. I suggest you stay away from these services as Craigslist frowns upon this kind of software.
If you post your ads manually and use Craigslist as it is intended to be used, you will be able to post as many ads as you wish without any problems. At least this has been my experience.
Craigslist may be the most visited classified ad site online, but it is not the only big one. To find other classified ad sites, I suggest you go to Google and simply search for more. You will find thousands of different sites. Of course, you will not be able to use all of them and you also wouldn't want to, as some of them will be a total waste of your time.
To better optimize your postings make sure you research the "usage" statistics of a classified ad site you are thinking of posting an ad on. If the classified ad site only looks to have about 50-100 visitors per day, it is probably not worth your time to post. However, if it draws 100,000 visitors a day, you have a great site on your hands.
You can get traffic estimates for any website through alexa.com or quantcast.com. Just go to either of these sites and put in the URL of the classified ad site you wish to research.
Quantcast is one of my favorite ways to research classified ad sites as they also give you demographic data.
The Benefits of Classified Ad Sites When I first started out building my business online I did not have very much money to invest in advertising. I could barely afford my autoship for the company I was in! I used classified ads almost exclusively for awhile. I was able to use them because many are free or extremely low cost. This makes for a great and even almost guaranteed ROI.
Additionally, the search engines give respect to many of the larger and more well-known classified ad sites because they are constantly generating new content with each ad being posted. Sometimes this can cause your ad to show up in the top of the search results for certain keywords. Extra traffic is always a plus!
Also, because the search engines give respect to these sites, the links to your site (where you are capturing your leads), are considered to have more authority. You will be building backlinks to your site from sites that are seen as important and authoritative. This is great for SEO purposes and can only benefit your site.
Creating a Classified Ad
Creating a classified ad is fairly easy, but you still need to do some planning. You are going to want to make sure the classified ad site has an audience that is right for your product or service. The best way to do that is to use quantcast.com, as I mentioned above. The demographic data that quantcast provides allows you to write a compelling and persuasive ad which will speak to the specific audience of that site.
Also, make sure you read the Terms of Service of the site so you know what you can and cannot say. Some sites will not allow certain types of work at home ads.
You will need to look at a few of the other classified ads that are already listed too. This will give you a good feel for what your ad will look like when you go to create it.
The Purpose of Your Classified Ad You need to know what "action" you are seeking your visitor to take when they come to your ad. Yes, I know this sounds redundant, but unless you keep in mind what it is you want your visitor to do at all times, you won't craft an ad that works to your advantage.
Advertising is all about tapping into the conversation your prospect is having with themselves at the time they are reading your ad. You need to enter into that conversation and capture their attention by providing an answer to the questions they have or a solution to their problem. You should be able to do this in less than 100 words. Of course, the answer to their question and the solution to their problem is to opt into your lead capture page.
Before you start a classified ad campaign, it would be a good idea to study ads you find compelling and effective. Save emails you receive that catch your interest, and bookmark sales letters with headlines that pull you in. As you collect these types of ads you will be building for yourself what is known as a "Swipe File." You will be able to go to this swipe file and pull out ideas whenever you are looking to write a new ad.
3 Tips For Maximizing Your Classified Ad Strategy There are three essential tips you need to know before starting on your classified ad campaign.
1) Make sure you write several ads so you are not always using the same ones on every site. It is best to write a minimum of 10 short ads that you feel will do well, and begin to post them. The main reason you want to do this is not to avoid duplicate content issues (which is mostly a myth) but so that you can see which ads are going to work better for your audience on any given site. This leads us into strategy #2...
2) Make sure you are testing and tracking your ads. To do this you are going to need to have some sort of ad tracking software. Don't only track the amount of clicks to your site from the ad itself, although that is an important first step. What really matters most is how many leads your ad generates from that traffic.
Clicks to your site does not make you any money. They need to opt-in to get your information first. You need to know what your conversion rate from visits to leads is. That is the most important number when you need to know which ad is most effective.
3) This third strategy is a great strategy and takes very little time. Once you create a classified ad and post it, you should get a URL for your ad. Take this URL and submit it to social bookmarking sites. You can create awareness of your offer and reach many more people with your message with the same content.
Classified ads are not new but they still work. If you use them correctly they can be very effective for you and provide a really solid ROI. If you focus on this strategy and follow my suggestions in this article you will see an increase in the number of leads you generate per day.
If you can generate 50 leads per day, and put them through a good follow-up system that markets your business, you should be able to build a full-time income in ANY network marketing company.

I have been on and off pro-ana for so many years. It's exhausting to think about. Thankfully I've been put of it for a few years now and have been getting a handle on my ED.
But let me tell you. Pro-ana blogs and forums and websites are (at least nowadays) mostly about how not to eat.
TW: ED, CALORIES, CALORIE COUNTING, PROANA THINGS
I had goddamned notebooks full of recipes I found on those sites, eating schedules, fasting periods, how to trick your metabolism by switching up the amount of calories to eat, restrictive eating plans that allowed you to eat up to a certain amount of calories per day (and each day had a different number, lowest being 0, highest being 800, 1000 if you were new to it)
I would step on my scale every time I walked near it and had it near my bed so I'd have to step on it no matter what. I could go to a different bathroom that didnt have a scale, I could order food and not step foot in the kitchen but outside of the rare exception, like doing work on final projects at my college, or the odd extremely late night out, I would always end up in my bedroom.
I meticulously counted calories, had panic attacks when I went even 10 calories over because I forgot about that gum I had earlier, tracked my weight loss by the decimal and chastised myself for every day I didnt lose an ounce.
Did some of those people offer support? Did some of those websites offer information about recovery? Yes. Was that the main focus of any of the sites I visited?
No.
But I could lose 100lbs by my birthday if I only ate 300 calories a day
And since I'm so fat it's ok I won't do any damage to myself.
The restriction would never last, and I'd eventually binge. And hate myself. And hate myself even more for not being able to purge, and honestly just being too afraid to (I loathed the feing if throwing up with every fiber of my being) then I'd hate myself. Throw myself back into restrictive eating and continue the cycle. This was how I functioned since like 7th grade. (And honestly this was well before i even knew about proana, and i dont even know if proana was a thing. I am an old. In 7th grade AOL still came on CDs with 500 free hours. I experimented a bunch on my own because I didnt trust anyone enough to confide in them until I eventually discovered proana sometime in the early to mid 2000s)
I figured out my own method of purging when I was 31.
I can still be triggered by calorie counts in restaurant menus and have an anxiety or panic attack (usually an anxiety attack) because I'll feel like I'm failing myself and I'm eating too much and I'm too fat and I shouldn't be eating and now many calories have I had today now and oh my God I cant really eat that many calories I'm such a pig.
And I think about all those "inspiring" pictures and how many of them I had saved on my compute or secretly printed out and hid in a box. How I still believe what I read countless times that someone who looks like me doesnt deserve to be loved.
And how many of those sites reinforced that. How many of them had a very easy to find weight loss calculator on the front page but you had to click through a few links to find actual recovery resources.
I get so angry at all of that. I'm working through a lot of things and this is one of those things where I'm learning to place my anger away from myself. Because I was, and still am, angry at myself for having a failure of a body (but I am much less angry about that on a personal level but that feeling is so much a part of how I learned to identify that it's hard to delete), but now I'm more angry at the society that taught me these things, at the people who encouraged this self-destructive and self-hating behaviour, at all the years I wasted believing I was never good enough. Good enough for what, I dont know. Just not good enough in general.
And proana blogs did NOT help me. Proana kept me in a spiral. Kept telling me how strong and amazing I would be if I didnt eat. How worthy I would be if I were thin. How scary being lightheaded and dizzy was but how great it felt because it meant you hadn't eaten and how proud you should be of that.
I'm tired. And livid. And sad.
Dont ever try to convince anyone ever that proana is helpful. If you want to help someone who is anorexic, send them to a website that is actually about recovery. They will be able to help them more than proana could ever help anyone.
If proana was ever an actual support group for people suffering from anorexia, which is so important that honestly if you suffer from anorexia and can find a legitimate support group that does not just reinforce being thin at all costs (one perhaps led by some kind of councilor who is experienced in working with people with EDs) you should go to those groups and be a part of them and know that what you are going through is terrible and you have no reason to be ashamed of any of those choices!
... unfortunately, if that ever was the case, it has changed.
Pro-ana blogs are beginning to harass us for our stance. But let me be clear: we will not be changing our opinions on this.
Pro-ana is a threat to the mental health, emotional health, and safety of many vulnerable people. Saying, “But I don’t hate fat people” doesn’t erase the harm that these blogs do.
We have stated time and time again how we feel. The fact that people don’t want to actually read what we have said and would rather twist our words or make allegations is not our problem.
We cannot make you read our words. But you can. You can see in our tags about this topic what we have said.
1) We have repeatedly said that “pro-ana” attitudes and anorexia are not the same thing.
2) We have said that many anorexic people are not peo-ana, and therefore not a problem.
3) We have stated a desire to help protect people with eating disorders from harmful messages, like those delivered by pro-ana.
4) We have said the problem with pro-ana is the fatphobia and other issues. The problem is not that anorexic people exist.
5) We have said we have nothing against anorexic people who are not fatphobic, and that we are against all forms of fatphobia, regardless of who it is who is doing it. Anorexic people are not our enemy.
6) We have said that anorexia is a mental illness and we have sympathy for people suffering with it.
7) We have repeatedly shown examples of fatphobic things pro-ana blogs do, and how they are harmful.
8) We have said that other blogs that post similar messages, but aren’t technically pro-ana, are also a problem and that we also do not like those blogs.
9) We have stated that we do not want pro-ana blogs interacting.
And finally, 10) we have asked people not to use conversations about pro-ana to self harm.
We have said this repeatedly, and I’m getting tired of saying it. I wish you would actually hear it.
And I wish you would understand that claiming “I don’t hate fat people” or saying, “But I’m not anorexic because I don’t want to be fat,” do not solve the issue here.
Moreover, I wish you’d understand that we do understand mental illness. Some of us have struggled with disordered eating ourselves. The problem is not that we don’t understand. The problem is the actions and rhetoric of pro-ana blogs, and how this rhetoric harms fat people and people with eating disorders alike.
I don’t know how much clearer we could be. We have done everything we can to make you understand, and you’ve responded by harassing us, posting about us, and twisting our words.
I’m fed up. No more.
- Mod Bella
