honestly, had a kind of ideal Christmas Eve after a year of too much stress. got to just chill the whole day at my brother and his wife’s, with my parents and husband, just making dumplings and egg drop soup throughout the day, and watching christmas movies, and engaging in parallel play (brother and dad watching football, me and mom embroidering, my husband binding some notebooks, my SIL doing a crossword)
