Since North got to Jericho there’s been a total of three new arrivals, though she supposes it’s actually four now.

There was always someone walking around the freighter. But everyone who’s still capable of walking in Jericho has made a game out of mixing up CyberLife’s pre-programmed walking patterns.

But suddenly there’s someone who’s walking in their pre programmed pattern.

The Unknown’s steps remain steady even as she slowly approached them, that could mean simply not one of the Android models with advance hearing. Or maybe they’re pretending not to hear her.

North lets herself laugh out loud. She wasn’t even trying to keep herself quiet. If an android’s audio processor was so bad that they couldn’t even hear her, CyberLife wouldn’t let them out of the factory.

Her hands trailed along the wall of the hallway as she neared the corner the Unknown was located. They’re definitely pretending not to notice her. Maybe they’re trying to be polite?
