Sometimes I think about Scorch’s character in Republic Commandos and how funny and sweet he was. I think about how he interacted with those around him, how much he cared, and then I think about how after watching tbb s3 the way his character was treated feels like a mean spirited slap in the face to the character and people who love him.

A way to say ‘f u’ to the characters that, at least from what I see, seem to have been inspiration for the main cast we get in tbb. You don’t have to care about Scorch but my heart aches for people who were really excited to see him in tbb only to watch his character be completely ripped apart by this show. And then have to watch him get shot and fall off of a bridge after being so poorly handled. I can understand the pain over this. It’s yet another reason that s3 didn’t hit for me at all.
