The day people stop feeling entitled to give their opinion on your music taste is the day I can die peacefully.
From now on I’m just going to assume you’re simply too dumb to get it if you tell me you don’t like my taste in music.

Omg thank you for that take on the Logan post. It gets a bit tiring seeing people refer back to earlier episodes as if they're still unresolved conflicts and using that as an excuse to call other characters problematic (which is probably because we're all starved for content but still). You put it into words better than I ever could!
I tend to see this with all of the sides but I see it most often with Logan. And I really don’t understand it. As someone who loves literally all the sides, their appeal to me is in their flaws and how they adapt to and learn from them. So I can’t really comprehend the desire to pretend any one side is perfect especially if it’s at the cost of making every other side some sort of villain.
The assertion that Logan is the only one who apologizes (Or Patton is, or Roman is, or Virgil is. All of which I've seen) is simply untrue. All of the sides, aside from Janus and Remus, have apologized for their mistakes consistently.
(I think Janus is moving towards it, though, as he does acknowledge he’s made mistakes in PoF. And the song ‘Criminal’ by Fiona Apple is in his playlist as well as ‘Change’ by Lana Del Rey. Remus has a while to go because he’s only had his introduction so far.)
A lot of the problem is people taking jokes too seriously, especially from the early days of the series. The sides all picked on each other a little bit. It’s something friends do. And a lot of it is from holding onto conflicts that have already been resolved. Or just not acknowledging their fave’s flaws at all.
Like, for example, my favorite side is Patton. And while I understand his mindset in PoF and view it in a sympathetic light, that doesn’t mean his treatment of Logan (or Roman) in that episode was at all ok. I can explain his reasoning, sure, but i’m certain even Patton would say it was wrong. And he does owe Logan an apology.
Janus also owes Logan an apology for ejecting him from the conversation and impersonating him. And Remus owes him one for the entirety of DWIT. But that’s...it.
No one owes Logan an apology for LNTAO first of all because he was the one who wasn’t listening to the others in that episode (something he admits to and apologizes for) and second of all because that problem has already been resolved. Roman apologized for insulting and belittling him. Logan apologized for harming him and to Patton for assuming that his method of problem solving was inherently lesser because it contained silly elements. Why are fans still angry about this when none of the sides are? it’s already been addressed.
The hair bit from Fitting In always bothers me too. As someone with Autism I relate heavily to Logan and the way he fixates on things that confuse him. I tend to do the same thing, if I don’t have a proper explanation for something I have a hard time just letting it go. What Patton says to Logan then “If you need a reason Logan” is addressing Logan’s concerns in a way that will actually help Logan. Logan doesn’t need the same treatment as Virgil,  it wouldn’t work on him. It wasn’t at all dismissive.
And on that note, again as someone who heavily relates to Logan; I think it’s important to acknowledge his growth. In the early episodes of s2 he often gets angry and lashes out when he feels he isn’t being obeyed (which is different than wanting to be listened to. Because in LNTAO, for example, the others are listening to Logan but not doing what he wants which upsets him. He even says ‘you aren’t adhering to my instruction’.)
but in more recent episodes, DWIT especially, he’s put more of an effort in making sure the others feel heard while also presenting his own argument. He may not understand the others’ feelings but he tries to be considerate regardless. And erasing his mistakes in previous episodes to make it as simple as “no one listens to Logan” also erases that growth.
It’s also unnecessary because he’s still been removed from the conversation in both SvS and PoF. So there’s plenty of angst material there. Logan clearly feels unwanted by the end of PoF and that’s something that certainly can be addressed in fan material rather than focusing on long resolved issues where the conflict was never Logan being ignored rather than Logan ignoring others.
Sorry, you probably didn’t expect or want a veritable essay in response to your ask but. I love these characters and so I will rant about them given any possible chance.
