I have this headcanon that Malachai from Children of the Corn (both the 1984 movie and 2009 movies) is bisexual and that’s one of the reasons why he joined the cult, and since (I think) the movie takes place in the 70’s and one line from the book is “no room for the homosexual” it makes the tiniest bit of sense to me

but that’s just my headcanon
