The fact the he ignored my kindness in the times I reached out but took offence when I decided to stop for my own peace of mind says a lot about him.
#Personal Ramblings#maybe he liked the attention I was giving him?#I honestly don’t know and I wish I wasn’t giving this more thought that it deserves#but it just goes to show that I had hopes and I tried but a wise person once said you can lead a horse to water#but you can’t make it drink it#I’m like Tony Soprano rn repeating the wise words of people smarter than me#but I turned on that green light and kept it on as long as I could#but all I can do is just wish him well and move on#and hope maybe I’ll hear from him again but I cannot allow myself to reach out anymore#and the weight of waiting for a response is gone and that feels good
