sorry if this is unwelcome but i saw your food post and wanted to share some of the foods that works for me. i have to eat a protein heavy diet, which is something else you might find helps you?
my favorite thing to do is to cook up a kg or two of chicken and then have 200 or so grams for my first meal of the day. this is about 350 calories and 60 grams of protein, which is my daily goal!
things like cheese strings, schneider turkey / pepperoni bites, cottage cheese (mixed with chocolate protein), those cups of minute rice mixed with an egg and chopped up green onion, tomatoes and spinach are really tasty too!
a slice of protein rich bread (i like country harvest's protein plus bread) with two eggs that have some cottage cheese mixed in is a great breakfast
and a great snack is tofu chia pudding! not only is it great for protein but it really satisfies that snacky craving while also being really filling. easiest is one block silken tofu with about 3 tablespoons chia seeds and your choice of sweetener & flavoring

So yeah! Thank you, this is definitely welcome. Weirdly, one of my theories (just on impact, without having crunched the numbers yet) is that sometimes I have recently focused too much on protein?
And then I wind up feeling physically full after each meal, and knowing I’ve eaten enough grams of protein to gain muscle… and so not quite knowing why I have a headache or my stomach feels bad.
In a much more casual way, I’ve been known to forget carbohydrates exist. I’ll accidentally get through a day without eating any and then go “why the hell am I craving so much sugar again?” …..Because I work a physically demanding job, and my body is craving carbohydrates………….. hell, this used to make me feel ill some days even when my lifestyle was a lot more sedentary.
For now, I’m counting my calories (with the goal of bringing my numbers UP, and without any concern for a ceiling). I know I have instincts for giving myself protein anyway, so I know I’ll still be reading protein counts on things and trying to hit my goals accordingly.
That said this is an EXTREMELY welcome ask, thank you very very much. I’m only describing my difference in experience (so far?) because it might be relevant to someone else too!
…..And with all that said. I think maybe I was just never actually reaching a remotely good protein goal. I never googled anything, I mostly just looked at what I thought was a normal amount of food to eat, and then picked within THAT for things that were protein dense. So maybe as I eat more food I also do in fact still need to focus harder on protein. This was not on my radar - I mostly knew my “neglecting carbs” problem. So thank you!
And what I AM gonna do is go home and google which things in your ask are the most calorie dense. Especially cottage cheese. I love cottage cheese.
For the most part I’m gonna spend at least a while concerning myself entirely with calories. No matter where they come from, what kind they are, how my body uses them. Just hitting that mark. I tried really hard today, and I haven’t hit it yet, but I think I can come within a couple hundred once I’m home.

Obv I’m not a doctor, so my only advice is to find a doc who’s fat positive and promotes intuitive eating. Bonus if they have experience with neurodivergent folks.
That said, here’s what I would have liked as an ADHD child who loved sugar. Please do not take this as medical advice. Also note, I dislike the term “sugar addict.” It’s like saying air addict or water addict. You can’t be addicted to necessities. Folks with ADHD or autism are likely experiencing low dopamine levels, and sugar is an easy source of dopamine, hence why we crave it more.
I wish my folks let me eat sugar and “junk” food instead of restricting everything. But on top of that, I wish they taught me how to recognize body signs of what too much of specific nutrients do to me. For example, a six year old might not know what a sugar crash is - they just know they go from feeling great to feeling like shit for no reason. I wish my folks told me, “hey, remember all the sugar you ate. Sometimes too much at once can make you crash which doesn’t feel good.”
And not just for “scary foods” like fat and sugar. Too much protein also has adverse effects and warning signs that you’ve had too much. Intuitive eating is more than listening when you’re hungry or full. It also means recognizing “I just ate 65g of protein in one meal, now a few hours later I’m nauseous and irritable.” Same with non-macros, too much caffeine can make you jittery, too much water lowers your sodium levels, etc.
Most importantly, bringing up weight never helps! Telling a child, “that much sugar/fat/carbs etc will make you fat” just teaches a child that if they become fat they are ugly/failures/disappointments/etc. It doesn’t do anything to prevent weight gain or improve their health. Plus, weight is pretty much the least significant factor of food related health. So much of it is genetic and has nothing to do with personal decisions. Plus, equating certain foods with gaining weight, then saying weight gain is something bad, reinforces restrictive eating.

"Oh so we should just eat anything we want??"
Well actually YES but also:
Restricting food Does Stuff To Your Brain. "Restricting" doesn't mean stopping when you're full. I feel like this is what gets misunderstood a lot. It means placing rules and limits on food that supercede what your body is signalling that it wants. Let's use cookies as an example. Restricting would be:
- I can only have cookies when I deserve them.
- I can only have cookies when I'm alone.
- I can only have two cookies.
- I can only have low-calorie cookies.
- I can only have cookies on set days, or so-called cheat days.
- I can't have cookies.
- I can't have cookies in the house.
- I'm bad when I eat cookies.
- Cookies are a bad food and I must compensate for having eaten them.
Whether or not you stick to the restrictions you set, your brain is learning to be an anxious mess around cookies. It might want to avoid anywhere that has cookies. It might feel shame for wanting or eating cookies. It might get exhausted from suppressing the craving and decide to binge. It might go into binge mode every time you eat cookies because you've taught your body that This Will Not Be Available Whenever. It might feel ridiculously important to eat all the cookies while you can.
I know we're all so used to constantly talking about food, diets, weight and bodies, and it's completely normalised to look at absolutely everything you eat and assign it the level of guilt you're gonna feel for eating it, and to brag about not eating this and that, and to announce that you know it's a Naughty Indulgence when you eat anything sweet.
But oh my god, it's such a huge weight off your shoulders to just let yourself eat cookies because you wanted cookies and stop when you feel satiated and know that the cookies will be available next time you want cookies because you don't need to earn them in any way. Because a brain that knows it can have cookies whenever it wants cookies, doesn't crave cookies all the time. Nor does it feel any self-loathing when it does crave cookies.

Here's a fucking "tip" for avoiding binges because apparently those can make you rupture your stomach and die:
When you're getting the urge, hear me out!!! go grab something to eat. Could be the meal that you're craving, fast food or just whatever you want to cook, doesn't matter as long as it's a balanced meal, and the least amount of carbs the better (because insulin and blood sugar mumbo jumbo, but that's not very necessary right now). Preferably with a liquid. Make it juice, tea or a smoothie. Try to stay away from soda for this.
Now here's the really fucking tough part:
Eat it slowly. As slow as you can. And when you're done, wait ten minutes. I know those ten minutes would be really fucking painful because your brain is screaming at you to just raid your whole kitchen and eat three rotisserie chickens, five mega every topping pizzas and quite possibly a whole horse, but after those ten minutes, the urge will lessen. You will start to feel full.
And now you're nourished, and you don't want to start eating brains like a zombie.
And don't give me that "bUt dAiMoN, nOw I'm WaY OvEr mY 13 cALoRiEs dAiLy BuDgEt!!!1!!! :((" Because you and I both know that this is so much better than a 3000~4000kcal binge that will leave you in pain and quite possibly fucking kill you.

Depression in relation to food intake (meaning either binging or starving yourself, which includes ana/bulimia stuff) is actually more simple than you think:
Food provides both energy and serotonin. Carbs especially provide serotonin because it boosts production. When you have depression and anxiety, you need that.
Now. You can either fall into the pattern of unhealthily eating too many carbs (which can make you sick) in search of that production and energy to do something;
Or you can fall into the pattern of not eating at all because you don’t feel like you can handle or deserve to feel good, and there’s no point in having energy because depression means you don’t even enjoy the things you love.
Ana is a tough one because they prioritize ‘I can’t eat until I feel good about myself’ because they’ve taken that depression and projected it onto their body image as a cause. They won’t eat because they don’t feel good about how they look yet. They’ll never feel good about how they look because that was never the issue in the first place, it was the scapegoat for why you feel bad. There must be something physically wrong if you feel bad.
Bulimia is where you still associate eating with feeling good, but since you have ALSO projected the depression and anxiety onto your body image, you get into the habit of binge eating, but as soon as you’re full the ‘body fat means feel bad’ instinct you have kicks in, and you have to purge that or risk gaining weight and feeling worse. I would say this one is more closely related to anxiety than depression. Still a lack of serotonin.
I’m not saying these are the only reasons someone can develop an eating disorder. I’m saying that this is the thinking pattern (you have to break that pattern to get out of the cycle) that most often leads to them.
I am saying this cause I’m coming out of a bad cycle myself and I think I should explain why people should have a little more compassion, and understand that sometimes we all get in a little over our heads. I’ve been sneaking around for over a month since I got COVID eating cane sugar (something that I’m allergic to, but gives me a major serotonin boost so I can’t stop craving it) until last night I finally had enough of poisoning myself and I’m fairly sure I’ve gained like 20 pounds in 3 months. That scares me a bit cause I don’t wanna go back to having trouble with certain exercises. I have my healthy and it’s not here.
Anyways. If you need antidepressants and they work on you (or even just make things bearable) but you choose not to take them and end up falling into any of these patterns… you need to rethink that. I was taking mine when this started and I still struggled like hell.

Some days are harder than others. You try your best.
But often, the best just isn’t enough to keep the spiraling at bay.
Asra knows your fondness for baked goods and chocolate well. Since you raved about that pumpkin bread a few months ago, he’s insisted on bringing you loaves every few weeks.
But as more your memories return to you, not all of them are pleasant. You begin to recall everything, including the unhealthy habits you used to have, and how people reacted to them before.
You remember what it was like when you were younger and larger than you are right now, you remember how you were treated by others who had so much to say about your body and how it fit into their thoughts, into this life. You remember things said in passing by family, friends, people who were supposed to care about you and love you.
Now? No matter how much you’ve tried to throw away those instances, those memories, the reawakened disorder clutches to the trauma like a lifeline, desperate to live through you. Desperate to starve and purge, and lessen and lessen you until there’s no more fear of fat.
But that’s just the thing. The fear is endless.
And worse, it’s a lie.
You know you’re not fat...And you know being fat means nothing on your inherent worth, your value, your beauty, your being. But it feels too difficult to put this beast down on your own.
As strong as you are, as strong as you’ve become, you wonder if some demons are stronger.
So you hide it.
You don’t want Asra to know what you’re thinking when he unwraps another chocolate truffle for you, you don’t want him to hear you try and fail to eliminate what you’ve eaten late in the night, you don’t want him to understand the things you tell yourself in the dark of your mind on your lowest days. You don’t want him to know that it took wiping your memory entirely for you to rid yourself of a condition that’s plagued you since before you knew him, that you’ve hidden since before you knew him.
Some days, you can eat.
Some days, you can’t.
Asra finally realizes on one of the days you weren’t careful enough.
He had brought more of that damned pumpkin bread and you’d already been silently agonizing over your physique that entire morning. Dress after dress, outfit after outfit, none of them seem to fit quite right enough to quell your inner critic.
“I’ve brought you some more from the market.” Asra is happy, holding his prize out to you.
You plaster a strained smile onto your face, thanking him, but you realize too late that it doesn’t shine through your eyes.
He sees.
“Are you...feeling alright?” He asks. “Is it the bread...? Do you not like it anymore?”
You grit your teeth behind your lips in anxiety, shaking your head a little too quickly.
“No! No, I love it. I’m just feeling a little...ill, that’s all!”
Asra frowns and lays the back of his hand to your head, brushing it down your temple and trailing his fingers down your tumbles of hair.
“You don’t feel warm…maybe it’s a chest cold? I’ll make you some tea, alright?”
You nod, feeling awful for lying to him.
Ashamed and embarrassed of yourself, you try to save the mood by plucking up the bread from his hands.
“I’ll save and eat this for later, when I’m feeling better!”
The statement does little to quell Asra’s concern over your ‘chest cold’, but he spares you a brief, appreciative smile before rushing to make the tea.
You climb the steps of the shop and head to your room to hide the bread away.
It’s almost tucked into your drawer when you smell the scent of it.
‘Not now...’
Your stomach gurgles, sick of fasting and excited to consume more carbs, more sugar, some kind of quick energy supply. All those days you hid not eating while Asra was away are beginning to catch up with you.
You grit your teeth and begin to count backwards, planning on drinking plenty of water to help kill the craving. But before you know it, the bread’s out of the drawer, in your hands, and being stuffed fervently into your mouth.
Without even really being present for the act, you ravenously chew the bread down. For a moment, the endorphins of finally getting fed surge through you and lift your spirits.
Halfway through the loaf, you feel the crash.
Hands full of bread, face covered in crumbs, your eyes well up and you begin to wail silently. Your body bends over under the weight of the grief, unchewed pastry falling out of your mouth and hitting the floor. You clutch your hands into tight fists of aggravation at yourself, crushing the pumpkin bread and trembling under the intense amount of anguish you feel right this second.

‘He won’t want me. Just like the rest of them. He’ll see how I really am.’
You cry and cry, unaware of Faust sliding out from under your bed. She tilts her head at you, swaying closer.
‘…!’
She cries your name.
Your mind is filled with fast thoughts that you can’t stop, and you don’t catch how Faust tries to reach you.
‘Sad? Hurt?’
When you don’t answer, Faust quickly slithers out the room, unseen.
Before long, fast footsteps ring out from the hall and you hear your door open.
‘Oh no...’
Asra calls your name and you hide further into yourself, clutching the floor.
He hates you, there is no doubt now, he is seeing the ugliness of your secret, the self-loathing, the ridiculousness of falling apart over blasted pumpkin bread, the lack of self-control, the fear, the shame, the shame, the shame—
Asra calls your name again, pulling you by the shoulders into him.
You try to keep your sobs in, your body wracking with the intensity of them. Your trembling grows to the point where it frightens even you.
As soft as water, Asra soothes a hand down your face, your neck, and calls to you as one would to an injured, trapped fawn.
“It’s alright. Let it out. Don’t hold on to all of that, let it out. I’ve got you, I’m here now.”
The sobs come then, long and loud and persistent. Years and years of pent up secrecy, of pain, of long body checks in mirrors and pools, of hidden and regurgitated food, of meanly whispered words and condemnations….all of it spills out of you.
When the waves of grief finally cease, Asra just holds you.
‘He is still here?’ you think. ‘Why?’
You wait for abandonment. You know how that feels. That is familiar. Judgement is familiar. Pain is familiar. And you just know it is coming.
Yet, nothing happens. Asra continues to hold you. No one says a word.
Long heavy silence rings in the air before he finally speaks.
“Faust said…that you…after you ate the bread…”
You nod stiffly into his chest, sniffling.
“I don’t eat.” You say plainly. “I never eat. At least, I try. But then I do and I ruin myself.”
Asra cradles your face, peering at you.
“Ruin yourself? From one piece of pumpkin bread?”
You tear up again, certain that you look and sound a complete mess.
“You don’t understand,” you insist, “it’s because of me…! Anyone else could have it…but not me, because if I have it…I’ll g-g-g-g-” you can’t even get the words out. “I just can’t.”
“Is this just about the bread? Or other foods...?”
Your face wilts and you look down in shame.
He knows, then.
“How long have you felt like this...?”
You trace the floor, shaking your head.
“...Years. I’m so sorry.”
“What...? Why didn’t you tell me? I would’ve helped you. You know I would’ve—”
Your face twists and you close your eyes, tears spilling out.
“—It’s…it’s stupid…! It doesn’t even matter, I’ve been told so in the past…I’ve told others before, and nothing was done or I was criticized, or they left and I…I just was afraid that…you’d see how silly I was...how damaged I am….that you might leave…”
Asra pulls you so close to him that you can hear his heart thrum like a locomotive in his chest. He is worried sick over you, you suddenly realize.
“Look at me,” he demands, his voice so serious that you can recall nothing like it from all the years of knowing him.
You obey, eyes wide and watery.
“I will never leave you,” Asra promises so solemnly, that he sounds as if he is swearing an oath on his very soul. “I love you, do you understand that? You could change in a thousand ways and I’d still love you. You could fall for another and I’d still love you, and watch over you until we were all dust in the wind. You are the most important thing in my life and it’s my job to protect you, to uplift you. I don’t ever want you to think I would leave you. Especially not over something like this.”
“I-I’m sorry!” You plead for forgiveness for doubting his love. You know that he is loyal to you, you do. It’s just...the disorder makes it so difficult to think sometimes, to remember the truth. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have doubted you…I just…! I don’t know. I didn’t want to upset you...?”
“I am upset that I couldn’t have helped you with this sooner, that I didn’t realize. I should have realized...” Asra admits, frowning to himself. “But I can help you now. You’ve told me, and it’s alright now. We’ll face this together.”
You cling to Asra’s shirt like a lifeline, just breathing.
You know you have a long, difficult road to walk. You know it’s not as easy as finally getting the help and support you need, that there’s not a snap of fingers or a spell even that can speed this process for you. It can’t do the work for you.
You will have to learn how to eat without shame again. How to stop internalizing the pain and abandonment from the past. How to realize that pumpkin bread is just pumpkin bread, and that this was never about the food to begin with.
You will have to learn to look in a mirror and smile genuinely, even on the bad days. You will have to learn to eat food without calorie-counting, without crying.
You know there will be nights where you will fail, days where you stumble, and moments where you wish for nothing more but to be ill once again.
Asra can be there to hold your hand, to keep you steady, but he can’t do the work that you will have to do.
But you also know...
...you are worth it. A good life is worth it. A life with someone who cares for you, who loves you, is worth it. And deep down, you know that you care and love yourself, in a way, through all the pain.
You want to overcome. To heal.
Asra’s voice breaks you out of your trance.
“You’re not alone anymore. I’ll...I’ll write to Julian! And we’ll all come up with a plan, together. Okay? We can start today. Okay..?”
You keep your eyes locked on him, holding. Just holding.

August
Many think August is the start of Autumn, of cold whispers and haunted dreams, but they are wrong. August is the month of boldness. It’s the time when the sun beats down the hottest, when ocean waves are the strongest, and when winds are the most chaotic. This is the month where change is decided, where the old gods are separated from the new.

So, July was... okay. Some things worked out, some didn’t. I struggled most at the end of the month as well as when outside forces were mentally draining me. More importantly, I’ve finally gotten access to a scale and discovered I’m actually 10lbs heavier than I thought. Thus, to factor for all of the above information, I’ve made a better, stricter plan; my goals have changed to better suit my needs. Heavy Trigger Warning. This is going to be long.

Before I list out my truth for this month, the ‘you’ I reference throughout the post is ‘me/I.’ These are some of the goals I have for the month, and they are not meant to pertain to anyone else. If I follow through with my above rules, I should easily reach 131lbs by the end of the month. I’m already so distraught over how heavy I actually am and how much more difficult it will be to achieve my goals. I must get there, and I’m running out of time. There are only 146 days until Christmas. 20 weeks. 304 days until June 1st 2021. 43 weeks. No time. I must get there. I will get there. I will be the greatest version of myself I can be.  Now, by the end of August, I will have:  ✪ Reached 131lbs  ✪ Finished all college-due assignments and prepared ahead ✪ Fasted +24hrs four times (totaling >96hrs) ✪ Followed all of my above rules to the best of my abilities  ✪ Read 5 books ✪ Brought joy and camaraderie within my communities  ✪ Improved myself. 
If I do not complete the above, I will have failed both my friends, family, and coworkers, my future life, and, most importantly, I will have failed myself. Therefore, I have no intentions of failing. If I cannot do this- the bare minimum- I cannot do anything.  REMEMBER...    ❂ Always apply yourself. Manifest your goals. If you don’t wake up with determination in your heart and strength in your soul, your goals will never come to fruition.  ❂ This period of time is of growth. Your happiness is the most important thing.  ❂ Improve yourself every day. Don’t worry so much about giving a bad impression, just do everything you can to the best of your abilities.  ❂ Above all, care for your soul. Without it, your physical being has no meaning. Well--- Recently I have been posting a lot of pictures on Instagram with tags such as #I-made-a-snack or #steamed-cake-series. Truth is, I have been working very hard on making my own snacks. You may wonder about the reason why I have suddenly felt the urge to start making snacks for myself. Well, I've actually been living a more or less gluten-free life for the past few years. (I'm trying to follow this diet as best as I can but occasionally I will satisfy my cravings). In addition to that, I have also started to live a more low-carbohydrate lifestyle. (I try to resist carbs at night and often exchange rice with oatmeal.) Perhaps because of that, I am now craving something sweet more often ... Generally speaking, I have never had much of a sweet tooth (I only occasionally have some ice cream), but for whatever reason I have suddenly had these cravings for the past month or so, "ahhh, I want to eat something sweet ... anything sweet will do ... but I have nothing at home!”
The super yummy sweets that are sold at the store are unfortunately full of sugar and flour ... *sobs* That's why I realised, "I have no choice but to make it all myself". (Out of greed and necessity, I ended up in this situation) But I am not so much into traditional stuff such as chocolate or whatever, I am a girl with very basic but specific desires, I am craving the delicious looking cakes, pancakes and parfaits from the coffeeshops so I knew a simple dish would be perfect for me, which is why I chose “okara steamed muffins and pancakes” for my first snack. To start with I had to get "okara powder" and I also ordered a plant-based sweetener called "monkfruit," which has the same sweetness as sugar but has zero calories and zero sugar in it. I also got myself some plant based psyllium husk fiber powder to substitute wheat flour and potato starch. Then some vanilla oil, baking powder, gelatin, soy milk, almond milk, etc and I was ready to go, "all right!! Let’s start the snack making life!!!" And that is how it all began \\\\ ٩ ('ω') و ////
Of course I was worried and almost panicked that my steamed okura cake wouldn’t turn out too well. But surprise, surprise, it became a perfect shape and it was delicious (at first, the mixture wouldn’t rise at all and I got so worried that I literally sprinkled the powder all across my kitchen. But then it finally started to rise. Thank God!) With just this sort of mixture, you can make various snacks aside from steamed cake, I am definitely excited to try many more things!!! I wonder if I can make potato chips with okara powder (´ ・ _ ・ `) I haven't eaten potato chips in a very long time so I am dying to eat some (´ ・ _ ・`) And since these ingredients can also be used for cooking, I would like to use them to prepare my meals in the future ♪ o (^ ▽ ^) o ♪
So today was an introduction to "Wakana's Adventures Making Snacks". Next time is going to be, "will you let me keep Teto, Lord Yupa? " (Just kidding.)
By the way, if I start following my gluten-free diet even more strictly, I will no longer be able to do my Gyoza Activities... That’s a real issue and I am worrying a lot about it ... I will have to buy rice flour gyoza wrappings. I have actually not eaten any gyoza for the last two months, so I'm planning to start my activities right about now. I'll let you know when I finally get to eat some again!
I am spending my days preparing for my upcoming live performance on the 24th while changing my eating habits little by little・:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+ I am very excited!!
The rehearsals are just around the corner, it’s almost time. It will be so nice to meet all the musicians and staff members for the first time in a long time! Everyone, please be excited and look forward to the concert ♪ I can’t wait to see you all soon ♪

Any tips on how to accept your body and your weight?
I’ve been trying to loose weight since forever and it’s hard and I want to keep going but not make it my priority and not let it really affect me but it’s hard.
I don’t really have tips for how to feel comfortable in your own body because that’s something per individual :/ But I have some tips for helping you reach your goals!
First, being in a caloric deficit and consistency are the only two things you need for fat loss. The issue that most people have — myself included — is consistency. You have to find something you can sustain for the rest of your life, because once you lose the weight you have to be able to keep it off so it’s not like you lose it and then can eat whatever you want. You’ll end up just gaining it all back, especially if you’re someone like me who has an unhealthy relationship with food and struggle with binging. So these diets like weight watchers, Atkins, Jenny Craig, or even things like keto or a low carb diet don’t really work because they’re not sustainable. You lose it at first and then you gain it back. And so you blame yourself thinking “Oh I just didn’t do it well enough and need to get back at it again” when in reality the programs aren’t meant to last forever. That’s how they get you to go back to it. They make you think it worked because you lost some weight for a bit and so you repeatedly buy their products. These diets are only useful as tools. They only help if you understand why you’re losing weight on them.
So you have to find something that works for you! If you tried something and lost weight but you weren’t able to keep it off and ended up gaining it back, then it’s not something that worked for you. As Albert Einstein once said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” Try something different! I’m still trying to find the thing that works for me, 12 years of losing weight and gaining some back repeatedly.
Right now I’m trying to eat lower calorie foods that will fill me up, and that taste really good. For example, these are the kinds of meals I’m eating now:
Brownies: 280 calories for the whole plate (cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, Diet Coke, Lily’s white chocolate chips, topped with crushed reduced fat graham crackers)

Cheeseburger crunch wrap with salad: 430 calories for the meal (whole Joseph’s lavash bread, beyond meat crumbles [can use lean ground beef], onions, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard, reduced fat shredded cheese) and for the salad (cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, spinach, 0 calorie honey mustard)

Anabolic chocolate ice cream: 365 calories for the bowl (cocoa powder, PEScience chocolate cupcake protein powder, xanthan gum, topped with sugar free chocolate sauce and a fiber one brownie bar)

Breakfast burrito: 380 calories (whole Joesph’s lavash bread, 1 egg, 3 servings of egg whites, beyond meat crumbles, sugar free maple syrup for some sweetness — or can use salsa)

Egg grilled cheese sandwiches: 320 calories (4 slices Lewis 35 calories white bread, 4 servings egg whites, reduced fat shredded cheese — sometimes I’ll add some Simple Truth vegetarian deli ham slices for an extra 70 calories to add protein)

French toast with eggs and fruit: 430 calories for the whole meal — I usually have 4 pieces of French toast so that’s what the 430 calories is including. The French toast is 4 slices of 35 calorie Lewis bread dipped in a mixture of egg whites, cinnamon, Stevia, half capful of vanilla and cooked on pan with a bit of cooking spray. The eggs is 1 egg with 1 serving of egg whites and veggies. And I use sugar free maple syrup and just eat as much of that as I want because it’s only 5 calories for 2 tbsp.

Shepherds Pie: 285 calories for the bow full, 1/4 of the dish. (Mashed cauliflower — which is a head of cauliflower, one potato, few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, and spices blended together; Gardein crumbles, frozen veggie mix, vegetable stock)

Nachos: 400 calories (2 whole Joseph’s lavash breads cut up and baked in oven to make chips, reduced fat shredded cheese, onions, salsa)

These are just a few examples. But notice how much food you get for low calories — that’s what you want! I’ve been trying this for the past month and have lost about 10lbs so far. I’m not sure if this is THE thing for me yet, but so far it’s incredibly easy to stick with because everything tastes so good! And it doesn’t feel like a diet or anything. The foods don’t taste like a 10/10 like the highly paletteable foods that are full of sugar and fat, but these are more like an 8/10 or sometimes even 9/10, and that’s worth it to me for being able to stay in a good caloric deficit. So if this is something you think might work for you, then definitely try it out! Read food labels and WEIGH your food! Even you’re bread — you’d be surprised.
On Saturdays I allow myself a “cheat” meal. We usually do something active like a bike ride and I’ll eat what I want afterwards. Right now I’m eating pizza 😂 But I’m going to be trying a low calorie chocolate chip cookie recipe for dessert tonight so I’m not going too crazy! The important thing is I can definitely see myself eating this for the rest of my life because I don’t feel deprived, everything tastes good, and I’m not constantly thinking about fast food because this food honestly helps those cravings as you can imagine.
So, just try to find something that works for you, that you can do for the rest of your life! Something is out there, I promise. Take your time with it. Trust the process, don’t rush it. Don’t try to lose weight fast because omg that’ll most likely cause you to gain it back because you’re under eating and will eventually want to give up and eat everything high in calories lol. Also, DON’T WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY DAY. I’d say once a week at most. But the scale isn’t that great of a tool because weight constantly fluctuates. Use your clothes and measurements to track progress, plus pics! Otherwise, you’ll get easily discouraged thinking you’re gaining fat when reality you’re probably losing fat but retaining water and gaining some muscle so the number went up.
This was a lot, but I’m so passionate about it and love helping people as much as I can with it, because I was really heavy a while back and know what it’s like to try to lose fat. So I really hope this helps ❤️ Feel free to DM me anytime if you want some more tips or recipes!

You’ve been staring at the ceiling for hours. You had told Tony you were heading to bed at ten, mainly because you couldn’t stand him looking at you any more, especially since he looked at you like you were going to disappear most of the time. It was straight up creepy. Add to everything, you’re starving. A grumbly stomach and a mind that doesn’t want to shut off makes it impossible to go to sleep. You check Wallace and you’re sitting at 136, which isn’t surprising since you didn’t really eat anything but veggies at dinner since Tony didn’t realize that you were vegetarian so there wasn’t much besides veggies that you could eat of the food that Steve had made. You need real food though or you’re never going to sleep. In your mind you trace through how to get to the kitchen and you think you can get there without getting lost or waking up the other Avengers. 
Opening your door, you peak your head out just to see if you spy anyone down the hallway. Seeing the coast is clear, you step softly onto the floor outside your door, almost waiting for an alarm to go off yelling that you’re leaving your room. But after a few heartbeats thudding in your ears and nothing happening, you decide to make your way down the steps to the kitchen. “Jarvis?” You whisper.
“Yes, Miss Y/N?” The voice booms over the speakers that you haven’t seen.
“Shhhh. Take it down a few levels. And turn the lights on in the kitchen.”
“Certainly Miss Y/N.” The lights are blinding after being in your room in the dark for so long.
“Jarvis, dim the lights by uh 75%.”
“Certainly Miss Y/N.” The lights drop drastically and you feel more comfortable. Walking to the pantry, you look for something easy to make. There are ingredients for fancier dishes that you have no patience to make, so instead you reach for a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and then make your way to the fridge to look for jelly. Setting your ingredients on the counter, you grab a paper towel to make your sandwich on before setting on your way of making your sandwich. 
“Midnight snack? Or well two am snack?” A voice suddenly comes from the other side of the island and you nearly jump out of your skin.
“Jesus fucking Christ.” Your hand slams to your chest as you knife clatters to the counter. “Do you try to scare people to death?”
“To be fair you did move in with an ex-assassin.” Natasha says with a soft smile as she sits down on the bar stool across from where you stand. 
“It wasn’t by choice.”
“I had a feeling.” Natasha’s red hair is pulled into a low ponytail. Her eyes rome over you, seeing the bits of Tony that are in you even though you didn’t know you were related until this morning.
“Want a sandwich?” You offer, trying not to be rude. The other Avengers, you don’t have anything against personally. Just the one who stripped you from your house with his fatherly claim.
“If your sugars are low, I’m not taking your food away from you.” Natasha holds up her hands, trying to show she comes in peace.
“Is there anyone he didn’t tell I’m diabetic to?” You roll your eyes as you slide the sandwich in her direction, grabbing another paper towel to make another. “Wallace says I’m fine for now. I can make another.”
“Wallace?”
“My blood sugar monitor. It’s actually called a Dexcom, but I named it Wallace so that I can say things like Goddamn it Wallace when he wakes me up in the middle of the night. My pump is named Queenie. I think it’s more personal when they have names.”
“I like it.” Natasha lets a small smile escape her as she takes a bite of the sandwich you made. “And to answer your question, he told us all the emergency information about it that your grandmother shared with him. He just wanted all of us to be prepared in case we’re here and he’s not. But if you feel better we can not mention it.”
“It’s fine. It’s been a part of my life as long as I can remember.”
“He’ll probably try to invent something to make your life easier.”
“Seeing as his last thing to make my life easier stripped me of everything I’ve ever known, I’ll turn down that option.” You say with a sneer.
“He means well. Tony just doesn’t always think everything through before he acts.”
“That doesn’t make it any better.” You finish making your sandwich and after throwing the knife in the sink, you enter the carbs into Queenie.
“It doesn’t, but don’t hate him just yet ok?” 
“Fine.” Natasha leads you to the couch, where you and her sit, talking for what feels like hours about trivial things until you fall asleep. She wraps a blanket around you, then falls asleep next to you. 
Waking up in the morning feels different for Tony. For starters, it’s his first full day of being a dad, even if said kid hates him. True yesterday was probably his first full day, but today is the first full day of having you under his roof. Leaving his room, he makes his way towards the kitchen, thinking he’ll check in on you on his way to get coffee. However when he finds an open door and an empty bed, his heart starts racing. Not even 24 hours into this and he’s lost his kid. “JARVIS find Y/N.”
“Miss Y/N is in the living room.” Are you that early of a riser that you are up at 6:30 on a summer day? Like he himself is only up because he has an idea for your pump that he wants to work on. Bypassing the kitchen and coffee, he makes his way to the living room, needing to calm his heart down. What he finds is not what he’s expecting. The sight in front of him is you, wrapped in a white knitted blanket curled into the side of the deadliest assassin in the world. But you were asleep and safe, that’s what matters. He tries to steady his heart before turning back towards the kitchen, not wanting to wake you yet, since he wasn’t sure when you actually went to sleep. Looking in the sink as he passed to grab a coffee mug, he spies a knife with peanut butter and jelly smeared along the tip. He’s going to have to figure out what you eat since you don’t eat meat. Steve has been cooking for everyone a lot, but with you not eating animals and him cooking a lot of meat and potato meals, there needs to be a compromise. Tony will figure something out, it’s the fatherly thing to do.
Filling a coffee cup up with the liquid he was craving, he starts to type up some of the ideas he had on his Stark Phone so that he can get the ideas down without having to go all the way down to the lab. With you sleeping on the couch, this is the closest you’ve been to him without a grimace plastered on your face since he met you.
“Sir, you said to alert you if Miss Y/N went below 100.” JARVIS’s voice speaks out. 
“The actual fuck.” Your voice fills the kitchen as you pad into it from the living room. Tony spins around to look at his daughter, the knit blanket wrapped around your shoulders.
“What?”
“You have your AI monitoring my blood sugar?” You spat out before Tony can respond.
“JARVIS monitors a lot of things for me.”
“That’s fucking creepy. And also you have it set way too high. There’s nothing to do if it’s at 100. That’s a good blood sugar. Have Dexcom send you alerts to your phone like a fucking normal person.” You turn and storm out of the kitchen. You had been used to constant monitoring when you were a kid. But you had been allowed to be the person watching your sugars for years. Having an AI watching your sugars was too much.
You throw your book, your headphones and your wallet into your backpack before pulling on a pair of ripped jean shorts and a black graphic t-shirt that says ‘Sorry I’m Late I Didn’t Want To Come’. Slipping on a pair of galaxy high top converse that you love and sliding a pair of black and gold could have been Ray Bans if you had the money into your hair, you figure that if you slip out the back end of the hallway, Tony won’t see you leave. Checking Queenie before you walk out the door, you have plenty of insulin so you’ll spend the day out of the eye of your overbearing father and in the city you love. Peaking your head out you see no one out in the hall, not even Natasha. So you slink down the hallway towards the elevator and get on it without anyone noticing. “Jarvis, take me to the ground floor.” You wait for him to say no, but are surprised.
“Certainly Miss Y/N.” Once on the ground floor you pull the sunglasses down, already seeing that there are a few vultures waiting with cameras outside. But when they see it’s just a kid and not one of the Avengers, they let you walk on by without snapping anything. Taking your phone out of your pocket you type a quick message in your group chat to your two best friends, letting them know you’re taking a day off of social media and texting before flipping your phone to airplane mode. No creepy AIs for you today. 
Taking your metro card and headphones out of your backpack, you make your way towards the closest station. If you hop the four or the five train you could head to your favorite coffee shop and even hit up The Strand before making a next move. Swiping your card, you hear the sounds of a train pulling into the station.
Tony throws the screw drive across the bench in frustration. Maybe Y/N was right. Maybe having JARVIS monitoring your sugars was too much, but he doesn’t know how to be any other way. Especially when his child that he’s only known about for two days has a life or death condition. “JARVIS what’s Y/N’s blood sugar?” 
“I don’t know sir. I can’t read it.”
“What?” His project is forgotten, his child the only though in his mind.
“Her phone isn’t connected to the internet.” And your monitor has to link through the internet to connect to JARVIS.
“Is there something wrong with the internet?”
“No. Internet is functioning at 100%.”
“So why is her phone not connected to it?”
“I can not say sir.” Tony pushes away from the bench and makes his way up the stairs to see why your phone isn’t connected to the internet. He looks in the kitchen for you before looking in the living room. He finds only Clint on the couch.
“Have you seen Y/N?”
“Not today. Maybe she’s in her room?” Tony turns and moves quickly through the kitchen and up the stairs, finding your door open. He moves down the hallway to Natasha’s room, hoping she might know where you are. He pounds on the door. 
“What?” The response is short as the door is pried open.
“Y/N, have you seen her?”
“Not since this morning. Why?” Ignoring her, Tony calls out for JARVIS. 
“JARVIS, where is Y/N?”
“Miss Y/N left the tower at 9:46 this morning.”
“Why was I not told?”
“You didn’t ask to be told.”
“Tony, do you think she went home?”
“Maybe? I don’t know. I can’t get a reading on her blood sugars though.” Tony is pacing in the hallway. “What if she’s hurt?” 
“JARVIS can you override her phone?” Natasha asks, not counting on it.
“No I can not. It is not a Stark Phone.”
“That changes immediately.” Tony mutters, but Natasha ignores him. Instead she pulls out her laptop.
“JARVIS can you pull up the security camera footage from the front door from when Y/N left?”
“Of course. I’ll send it to your computer.” The images of Y/N sauntering past the paparazzi, smirking as she pulls her sunglasses on makes Natasha let go of a breathy laugh. She watches as you walk towards the downtown subway station.
“She’s not heading home?” Tony says looking at the screen.
“She’s not?” Natasha asks.
“Her grandparents live in Queens. She wouldn’t take a downtown train to go home.” Natasha hits some keys and runs your face through some camera recognition until she finds where you get off, but shuts the laptop before Tony can see where you got off. “Natasha-”
“If I let you see where she went, you two will get in a screaming match in the middle of the street. Is that really how you want the world to find out that Tony Stark has a child?”
“At least get her to turn her phone on so I can see she’s not dying?”
“I’ll try.”
When you read, you fall so deeply into a book that you don’t have to even think about it. Hours pass, coffee is drunk, and the day rolls away from you. The argument, if you could even call it, with Tony seems days ago now. You’ve always loved the atmosphere of The Bean and would stay there for days if they didn’t have to lock up at times. Turning the page, you push Tony from your head, and just focus on your music. You could live in this moment forever, but out of the corner of your eye you notice a redhead sitting down at your table. Glancing up, you shouldn’t be totally surprised that Natasha found you. “I know you’re an assassin, but like stalking is a crime,” You say as you pull the earbuds from your ears.
“Tracking a runaway here, not stalking.” Natasha says softly as she places fresh coffee in front of the two of you. 
“I didn’t run away. I just needed to get out of that tower. It was suffocating me.” You say as you pick up the cup sitting in front of you.
“You turned your phone off.”
“I didn’t turn it off. I put it on airplane mode.” You can’t help but smile.
“Tony thinks you’re lying passed out on the side of the road because he can’t read your blood sugars.”
“Well let him live like that for a bit. He deserves it after programming his AI to shout my BGs all over the tower.”
“You know Tony doesn’t check his phone right? JARVIS is his phone essentially. So telling him to just send notifications to his phone wouldn’t do much different than having JARVIS tell him stuff.” Natasha reaches a hand across the table to grasp yours. “He’s trying.”
“He’s suffocating me.”
“It’s going to take him a few tries before he gets this right. He could have flown out here in his Iron Man suit to make sure you were still alive. Pretty sure that’s what he wanted to do.”
“Ugh, no! That’s worse than having you stalking me here.”
“Again, not stalking. This was a recovery mission.” Natasha takes a sip from her own mug. “So you going to come home or am I going to have to kidnap you to bring you home?”
“I still have things to get done today.” You say with a non committal shrug.
“Y/N, you’re fourteen. You have to at least tell your guardian when you’re going to run around New York City.”
“He doesn’t even-”
“Don’t say he didn’t care before yesterday, because that’s not fair to either of you. He didn’t know about you before forty eight hours ago. I was there when he got the call.” You think back to last night when Tony introduced Natasha as Nat and things start to make a lot more sense. 
“If you were there, tell me about it.” You say, finally marking your page in the book and setting it aside.
“He was pretty shocked to say the least. He was confused on why a school was calling him, but then to be told it was his daughter’s school, well he basically went into shock. He was listening to them talk about you while I tried to find out what I could about you. When we hung up he shot into a Tony rant about needing to find you and know you. To not be like Howard and to show you that he was going to be there for you.”
“Who’s Howard?” You ask, not following.
“Your grandfather, Tony’s dad. But if you want to know more about him, you’ll have to talk to him.” Natasha takes another sip of her coffee.
“What happened after his rant?”
“He spent most of the night on the phone with his lawyers. Trying to figure out the best plan of attack and what to do for you. Also spent a fair amount of time talking with Pepper about the situation.”
“Who’s Pepper?”
“His girlfriend, but also the CEO of SI.”
“He’s dating his CEO?”
“Technically they were dating before she became CEO. She’s put up with a lot of his shit before and after being placed in the position.”
“Why?”
“Because she loves him.” Natasha says it like it’s an easy answer. “Maybe you should talk with her when you have a chance. She knows that Tony isn’t easy to talk to but he’s worth it more than any of us.”
“Maybe.” You take a sip from your coffee, not wanting to admit that meeting your new to you father’s girlfriend wasn’t something that you were all that interested in.
“You don’t have to decide right now, but you’ll probably meet her eventually.”
“If it happens, it happens I guess.”
“You’d like her I think.”
“Why’s that?”
“Because she doesn’t put up with Tony’s shit either.” Not wanting to hear about Tony much more you shrug. 
“Do you want to see my favorite place in the whole city?” Natasha doesn’t ignore the fact that you’re changing the topic, but nods. You throw your book in your backpack, along with your earbuds, before swallowing the last bit of your coffee. “Come on! It’s right over here.” You motion for her to follow. Across the street, the red banner awaits you. You ignore the carts sitting by the door, wanting to show Natasha the inside beauty of The Strand.
“Wow, you know who would love this place? Steve.” Natasha says as she looks at the shelves that line the walls. Thousands of books fill the store and you could take hours looking at each and everyone.
“My Pops brought me here when I was like six and I’ve been coming here ever since. It’s the best place to find amazing books.” 
“Where do you start looking?”
“Queer YA, always.” You answer without a second thought. “They always have something I haven’t read waiting there for me.”
“Lead the way.” Natasha motions forward, towards the rest of the store, not knowing where that would be, but is willing to follow you.
“Really? I’m not going to force you into seeing what I look at-”
“I want to see the things you’re interested in.” Natasha lets off a soft smile, similar to the ones she had given you last night when talking with you on the couch and you decide to just trust her.
“It’s upstairs.”
“Let’s go.” She follows you up the winding staircase towards the YA section. Even though both of you could have easily made jokes about the Avenger end cap that was meant to inspire reading about ‘Heroes Just Like You’, neither of you point it out as you walk towards the Queer YA table. Looking at the table, it’s easy to fall into the habit of looking at books and picking up ones that interest you- Love Simon, Aristotle and Dante Discover The Secrets Of The Universe, The Disasters, More Happy Than Not, Every Day, Darius The Great Is Not Ok,and so many others. Natasha eventually takes the books from your arms so you can pick up more.
“I need to pair down. I can’t afford all of these.” You say looking at the pile that has accumulated in her arms.
“Tony can. It’s fine. Ready to pay and head home?” Natasha asks.
“Wait what? I’m not letting him buy these.” You say defensively.
“It’s ok Y/N. You’re his kid and the price of these are pocket change to him.” She starts to make her way towards the staircase to head downstairs to pay.
“Natasha, no. I’ve known him for less than twenty four hours.
“He honestly would demand to pay for them if he was here. I promise, it’s ok.” Natasha steps down the first couple of stairs. “You coming? Or are there more books you want?”
“I’m done.” You say, not wanting her to purchase more stuff in Tony’s name. During the checkout process, you find yourself unable to find your voice as the total just climbs. The number is higher than you’ve ever seen it. Nana and Pops never would have let you spend this much money, but Natasha swipes a black credit card without second thought. You have a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach because of it. That much money could have paid for your Nana’s medicine for a month. And as much as you want the books, you know so many other people it could have actually helped and to Tony it was no big deal to drop this amount of money on this stack of books. 
Walking outside of the Strand, you turn to make your way back to the four train when Natasha catches your arm. “This way Y/N.”
“The subway’s this way.” You point down the street.
“Happy’s picking us up.” You don’t say anything, but follow her. Private chauffeur when you have a perfectly working metro card makes no sense. You’ve been using the metro since you were a child, so stopping now makes no sense to you. Honestly, even though there can be weirdos on the subway, you love the feeling of the train moving beneath you. It’s a part of being at home. But maybe this is part of Tony’s whole not touching things that he doesn’t like public transportation? All you have to do is make it through the next two weeks of summer and then you’ll be back at school and hopefully he’ll cool off.
“Romanoff, Y/N.” Happy opens the door for the two of you to slide into the back seat. Natasha gives him that tight smile. And before you know it you’re in the elevator headed back up to the suffocating hellhole that is the tower. You shouldn’t be surprised to see that Tony is waiting for you when you step off the elevator.
“Never, ever shut your phone off like that again.” You roll your eyes, but start to walk away from him. “We’re not done talking Y/N.”
“I’m going to my room. Or is that not allowed now?”
“We’re having a conversation about the fact that you left without telling anyone and that you shut off a major communication device, so no you may not leave right now.” Tony’s face gets red as his anger enters his voice.
“I’ll put these in your room.  I think you and Tony need to talk Y/N.” Natasha lifts the bag of books as well as takes the backpack from you. Instead of running to your room like you want to, you slam onto the couch, knowing that even if you did leave to go to your room, Tony would probably follow you.
“I know you’re not ecstatic about this new living situation, but we have to put some ground rules in place.”
“Ecstatic is the last word I would use to describe this.” You motion between Tony and yourself. “You’re treating me like I have no clue how to deal with the disease that I have been dealing with since I was four on top of the fact that you won’t let me walk around the city that I have lived in and traveled in since I was a child. You’re treating me like I’m new to all of this when really the only new thing here is you to my life.”
“Ok maybe I’m not handling your diabetes well. And I’ll work on that. But what you’re not understanding is that you are no longer Y/N Y/L/N. You’re Y/N Stark and there are a lot of people who would do anything to get their hands on you. Which means you can’t just wander the streets of New York without at least telling us where you went and shutting your phone off because it’s a safety issue. If you get hurt, that’s on me. And I’m not letting that happen.”
“People don’t want to get their hands on me. I’m a nobody.” You scoff.
“You’re the heir of Stark Industries. That doesn’t make you a nobody.” Tony runs a hand through his hair. “I didn’t explain that well enough but on your eighteenth birthday you come into a large fortune and then on your twenty first birthday or on the completion of college, whichever comes first, you have the opportunity to take over SI. That puts a large target on your back and I’m sorry about that, but I’m not sorry that I’m going to put your safety first.”
“I don’t want to run Stark Industries.” You say, the disgust at the idea filling your mouth.
“Then we will figure something out, but right now, keeping you safe is my number one concern. So you can not leave the tower without Happy. No more metro hopping, no teenage angsty storming out of the building, and 1000% no turning off your phone so I can’t read your blood sugars. Also your new phone will be here tomorrow.”
“What new phone? My phone works fine.” You casually don’t mention that you’ve had the same phone for three years, but that it’s worked just fine that whole time.
“I can’t have you using competitors’ products. You’re getting a Stark Phone tomorrow.”
“You just want it so your tech can override my settings.” You imply with a scoff.
“Not at all. I can’t have you running around with competitors’ products, especially when it’s being announced on Monday that I have a daughter.”
“What? Why?”
“Because there’s only so many times you can be seen leaving the Tower before people get suspicious. Plus Monday gives Pepper and the legal team to pull together an official statement from SI too.” You drop your head into your hands. “Talk to me kiddo. What’s with the defeated look?”
“We can’t wait until school at least starts?”
“Pep thinks the sooner we announce it the better.”
“Yeah well she never had to go to high school a week after it was announced that she was Tony Stark’s kid and the supposed to be inheritor of SI. I’ll never have a life again. I haven’t even told my friends yet.”
“You have time. Invite them over. They can come over for dinner tomorrow or something.”
“Ugh, fine.”

chubby actor louis (part 3)

hello, lovely people! we have yet another installment, and there’s lots of debauchery in this lil update. includes: weight talk, body image talk, bondage, dom/sub dynamics, stuffing, weight gain kink, and lots and lots of food. I hope you enjoy. mwah!

Bacon, eggs with cheese, and a large coffee with cream and sugar started each of Louis’s days.
He slept in every day, and woke up to his breakfast on a tray next to him. Sometimes there were additions of some changes; sausages instead of bacon, scrambled eggs instead of fried, chocolate chip muffins instead of toast. But his food was always waiting for him, and usually, Harry was, too.
Harry worked out in the mornings, so he was usually sweaty, pink-cheeked, and shirtless, sitting next to Louis in bed when he woke up.
“Morning, sunshine,” Harry greeted him with a kiss, “Are you hungry?”
That was also a now-constant in Louis’s life. Harry always asking if he was hungry, if he needed a snack, if he wanted to try something Harry had been whipping up. And unless he was already painfully full, Louis usually said yes.
He pulled himself up, fluffing pillows behind him so he could sit up and eat his breakfast, the food on his many plates slowly disappearing until he just had empty dishes and a full belly.
He slouched back, lazily sipping his coffee while Harry showered him in his usually string of compliments.  
“Look at your cheeks, sweetheart,” Harry hummed as he cradled Louis’s face, “They’re so round! You look so pretty.”
This is why they worked well together, Louis thought through his post-meal haze. He was a goal orientated person, always ploughing forward to the next task. But Harry took in details, observed both the beauty and flaws in everything, although he was so sweet he usually wanted to notice the former. He was the one who would sit back and soak in the little things, notice the changes in everything.
“I know,” Louis sighed, reaching up to touch his puffy cheeks. He folded his hands down a moment later, running his hands down his stomach and rucking up the edge of his shirt.
“But Harry, look at this,” Louis groaned, prodding at the spot under his belly button. “I have a stretch mark! Look!”
“I see it, honey,” Harry said with an easy smile.
“I have a fucking stretch mark,” Louis moaned, “I’m going to have it forever. I’m going to have to use those lotions pregnant women use. Oh my god, Harry.”
“You’re so dramatic,” Harry sighed, giving him a kiss, “I think it’s cute.”
“Of course you do.”
“What? I do. It just means you’re bursting with the love I’m giving you,” Harry said, “Twenty-three pounds of lovin’ in this belly.”
He gave Louis a little pat on his stomach, and Louis felt the morning tension and grumpiness unspool from his body. He sighed and leaned over, giving Harry a kiss as he placed his hand next to Harry’s on his own midsection.
“Well don’t give yourself too much credit, I did most of the work,” Louis huffed, “You can take more credit when you contribute seven more pounds.”
Harry offered him a wolfish grin, and kissed him hard on the cheek.
“Deal.”

Louis couldn’t remember a time he had looked forward to eating this much.
He vaguely remembered a time – now only about a month and a half ago – that he had eaten kale salads with salmon on top and mixed grains for dinner and washed it down with kombucha, where he had told himself that it was worth it for all the vitamins and nutrients and the bragging rights he would have amongst his industry friends for how had the most restrictive diet, but he had never been happy before, during, or after those meals. And he also remembered when he had started preparing for this role, where the thrill of eating to his heart’s desire was quickly chased with anxiety over his softening waistline, the voice in his head that said he was doing the worst thing in the world.
But those voices were gone now. There was just his tongue that craved things, and then his boyfriend that inevitable placed that craving into Louis’s hands within the hour. Poutine, with thick homemade fries, doused in orange curls of cheese and thick gravy, curly ramen noodles with eggs on top and tender pieces of beef soaked in salty broth, homemade banana bread slathered in Nutella. Before bed, ice cream with gobs of cookie dough, brownies with caramel drizzled on top, peach pie with whipped cream. If he was thirsty he was presented with ice cold glasses of grape or cherry soda, vanilla milkshakes, or homemade Frappuccinos.
He ended every day with a tight, gurgling belly, which Harry would happily rub, and in the morning, his boyfriend’s careful eyes and observant eyes put him on the scale and measured every inch of his body.
Three more pounds crept up on Louis’s frame, bringing with it the usual praise from Harry and also more and more of the minute details Louis was noticing more and more. His cheeks pressed hard up into his eyes when he smiled, and he barely had to look down or speak for the double fold under his chin to be noticeable. His biceps had softened and he soft bit of arm jiggled under each arm when he waved. He had to rock a little to get himself going before he got up from the couch, and he caught him breathing a bit harder at the top of their main staircase. More red marks appeared on his hips, stomach, and legs, and his thighs rubbed together hard when he walked through the house. Harry bought him some special powder to slap on his thighs and also a large pair of bike shorts to help the chaffing, but when Louis forgot either of them, he widened his stance a bit into a small, awkward waddle. Once Harry caught him doing it and pinned him against the nearest wall for a mid-afternoon quickie.
Harry told him things that would have scared Louis, once – “You’re going to have to go up another pant size soon” and “You know you’re overweight for your height now” and “You’re really fucking out of shape” – but he said them in a deep, raspy voice that turned those statements into the highest of praise.
Louis knew the impact his body had on his boyfriend, and he carried that with pride.
One evening, Louis half-waddled into the kitchen, delicately holding a hand on top of the curve of his stomach, and saw Harry shirtless, standing at the counter and tossing a salad. Harry turned when he saw Louis, his smile bright.
“Hey, you.”
“Can I have a snack?” Louis said, blushing a little. His stomach was just starting to gurgle again, even though after lunch he had had a whole package of sugary dried fruit.
“You’re in luck, I was about to call you for dinner,” Harry said, “Come see.”
Louis followed Harry into the dining room, his eyes widening when he got there. Harry had apparently chosen a theme of Italian and carbs for the evening, because their dining table had two big pans of lasagna, one filled with beef and marinara sauce and one with layers of cheese and a thick white vodka sauce. There was a big loaf of garlic bread nestled in a wad of aluminum foil, and a small tray with two chocolate lava cakes.
“Oh, fuck,” Louis whispered, moving past Harry to look at the food more closely. He leaned forward, the shelf of his belly pressing gently into the edge of the table, and reached towards the tail end of the garlic bread loaf. It was still a little far away, so he leaned further forward, his ass sticking out further behind him and his stomach harder into the table in a way that made him exhale hard.
Louis tore off a piece of bread and stuffed it into his mouth, and then he looked behind him and saw Harry, his eyes dark, a slight smirk on his face as he leaned on the divider of their kitchen. Louis chewed the bread and swallowed quickly.
“What, babe?” Louis asked, his voice already dropping a bit.
“Just enjoying the view,” Harry offered, the side of his mouth twitching.
“Yeah?” Louis asked. He batted his lashes and leaned further over the table. The pair of briefs he had grabbed were too small, and he could feel them wedging into his ass, showing off more of his cheeks. He bounced a little on his toes, feeling the way it made his behind jiggle, and then he reached a hand behind him, smacking his own cheek. “You like this fat ass, baby?”
“God, fuck,” Harry breathed out. He pushed away from the kitchen and came closer, grabbing Louis around the hips. He shoved himself forward, his jeans grinding roughly against Louis’s ass, and Louis gasped. He tried to stand and twist around to let Harry kiss him. He felt his sides fold into a thick roll, and just the feeling made him moan into Harry’s lips.
“You look so good,” Harry groaned as he pulled back, only to nip at Louis’s lip. “So sexy.”
He rubbed along Louis’s stomach, pressing gently into the softness, and Louis giggled.
“Thanks to you,” he said, “You keep me fat and happy, baby.”
“Mm,” Harry hummed, “You’re happy?”
The question seemed genuine, a little softer, and Louis pulled back.
“Yes,” he said firmly, “I am so, so happy.”
He set his hands on Harry’s shoulders, smoothing his hands along the hard, firm lines under his t-shirt.
“God, I don’t decided if I want to fuck you or have the food,” he groaned. “Can we have both?”
“I don’t want you to choke, honey.”
“Ugh, boring,” Louis moaned, “Always so worried for my safety.”
Harry was quiet, chewing on his lip, and then his eyes brightened.
“I have an idea,” Harry said, “If you don’t like it, we don’t do.”
“Okay,” Louis said slowly, “Tell me.”
“I get a pair of our handcuffs from the box upstairs,” Harry said, “Or rope. Or a scarf. Whatever you want. Tie you to a chair, feed you your dinner. And I’ll untie you when I think you’ve had enough.”
Louis felt a little thrill run through his belly at the idea, and his mouth dropped.
“Oh,” he exhaled, “I – okay.”
“Would you want to try that?” Harry asked. He was trying to keep his voice steady, but Louis could recognize Harry’s eagerness easily.
“Sure,” Louis said, “Sure, let’s do it, yeah.”
“Yeah,” Harry echoed. He took a step back and vaguely gestured behind him, “I’m gonna…get supplies upstairs. What do you want me to tie you with?”
“Um,” Louis said, “Rope?”
“Solid choice,” Harry agreed, “I’ll be right back.”
He seemed to sprint out of the room, and Louis heard him moving around rapidly upstairs, and then, his footsteps were going down the stairs, and soon, Harry was in front of him. He was carrying a soft length of bondage rope, thick and petal pink, and Louis smiled.
“Tell me what you need me to do,” Louis said gently.
“Sit,” Harry breathed out, his voice firm.
Louis pulled out a dining room chair and sat down, and Harry nodded.
“Scoot back, hands behind your hands…there you go.”
Harry moved behind Louis and crouched on the ground, and then tied the rope around Louis’s wrists, and then around the slats at the back of the chair, securing Louis to the chair. Harry put in a couple more ties, his hands sure and well-trained, and he gave them a tug, asking if they were too tight and adjusting the knots. Finally, he stood up and circled around Louis to go to the kitchen, and then returned a moment later with two big glasses of ice water. Then he grabbed his own chair, dragging it forward so he was sitting directly in front of Louis.
Louis watched carefully as Harry picked up a piece of garlic bread, dripping in bright yellow butter. Louis licked his lips and locked his eyes with Harry, his head already growing fuzzy.
Harry pushed his hand forward, holding the bread right next to Louis’s lips.
“Eat,” he said softly.
Louis opened his mouth gladly and bit into the bread, moaning immediately at the taste. He ate happily, swallowed down what Harry gave him and then licking his boyfriend’s buttery, crumb-covered fingers when he was done. Harry reached for another piece of bread and offered it to Louis, smiling as he swallowed it down. Another piece of bread appeared after that, bigger than the first two, and Louis once again ate it quickly, making Harry’s smile grow.
“Good boy,” Harry nodded. He paused just to wipe his hand with a napkin and to pick up Louis’s water, commanding him to take a big sip.  
Next Harry dragged forward a tray of lasagna, the one filled with meat and red sauce. He retrieved a big serving spoon and took a hunk out of the corner of the dish, then held it in front of Louis. He ate, just like he was told, his tongue savoring the soft pasta, the rich sauce, the greasy cheese. He moaned happily and ate from Harry’s spoon, then eating another spoonful afterwards. Harry pet his hair and cooed, picking up more and more for Louis to eat, until there was a big space in the lasagna pan where they used to be food.
Louis’s stomach felt warm and happy, and he wiggled a little when Harry switched to the other pan, how giving him a taste of sharp-tasting vodka sauce that made his tongue tingle.
“So good, baby,” Louis moaned as he ate. He felt some sauce drip onto his chin and Harry didn’t go to clean it up.
“Thank you,” Harry smiled, picking up another spoonful, “Only the best for my boy.”
Louis closed his eyes and kept eating, his mind a haze of cheese and pasta. He only frowned when he felt how tight his stomach was getting. He blinked, looking down. He could his belly was sticking out, perfect round, and he looked up at Harry.
“I’m a little full…” he said, but Harry just blinked at him and dug up another spoonful of lasagna.
“You stop when I tell you to stop,” Harry said simply, “Open your mouth.”
Louis blinked, and then opened his mouth and did what he was told. When he was done with the spoonful Harry smiled and reached out, smacking the side of Louis’s belly and giving it a little jiggle.
“Good boy,” he praised.
Harry’s hand was steady, doling out more pasta, and then more bread, all with little sips of water. Louis took deep breaths, pulling a little at his constraints to get comfortable. His stomach was tighter and heavy, and he opened his legs a bit to give his stomach room. He felt it sag, he felt the elastic of his underwear starting to curl at the top, helpless to the weight of his middle.
“Such a perfect boy,” Harry said, “Eating so well for me. Making me so happy.”
Louis nodded, and opened his mouth at Harry’s next command. More bread. More butter. More calories that would go straight to his thighs and belly and ass. Or maybe his double chin, or his fat arms. It didn’t matter.
His eyes drooped as he ate, and he felt grease and sauce accumulate on his face and chin. His mouth opened less eagerly, but he still ate. He let out a little burp at one point, and blushed, but Harry just patted his gut and gave it a jiggle, telling him it was okay.
“One more bite,” Harry said, holding out more lasagna, “And then dessert.”
Dessert? Jesus fucking Christ. But Louis opened his mouth nonetheless and ate the lasagna.
As soon as he had swallowed, Harry fetched a clean fork and the two lava cakes, holding him out.
“These are for you,” Harry grinned, “Both of them.”
“Both?” Louis asked,
“Try for me,” Harry said, “Come on.”
He gave Louis more water, and then gave his belly a firm jiggle, and then, there was a forkful of chocolate in front of Louis.
His belly said no. But chocolate sounded so good. And Harry was giving him a look where no was not an option.
So Louis sagged forward and welcomed the cake into his mouth.
His brain was floating elsewhere, his mouth was full of chocolate, and Harry was still staring at him, coaxing the food between his lips.
Louis moaned as he finished one lava cake and then another one floated in front of his face. His mouth opened without thought, a robotoic motion of open-close-chew-swallow.
He barely realized the last bite was gone until Harry was kissing him, one hand cradling Louis’s full, tender stomach.
“Oh, good fucking boy,” Harry breathed, “God, look at you.”
Louis could only imagine what Harry was seeing; Louis exhausted, sweating, red-faced, his face covered in food and his soft body spilling out of his briefs. Harry started to clean him, rubbing a napkin on his face, getting some water into his system, and then he untied Louis’s wrists, letting him lean forward and cradle his stomach. The skin was tight and hot under his hands, and he moaned. Harry coaxed him to his feet, and Louis widened his legs, cradling his belly and waddling to the living room, until he could collapse on the couch.
Harry sat by his hip, rubbing his stomach, soothing the aching skin and giving Louis kisses on his face and wrists as he came down from his high. His stomach was screaming, but his head was happy. He was Harry’s good boy, happy and fat, always doing what he was told. That was enough.
As Louis became more lucid, Harry grew a bit quiet, still touching Louis carefully but not offering many words. Eventually, his voice came, quiet and uncertain.
“Louis,” Harry said softly, “Are you really happy?”
“Hm?” Louis lifted his head and looked at his boyfriend, who was looking at him so gently.
“Are you happy like this?” Harry asked, “Like you said earlier?”
He kept drawing circles around Louis’s belly button, but Louis still would’ve understood his question.
“Honestly, I think…I think this is the happiest I’ve been in a while,” Louis admitted.
His skin flushed as he said it, but he was smiling.
“I don’t have to get up early to do work outs I don’t even enjoy and eat food I hate, just for a body I’ll never feel good enough in,” he said. The words were rushed, but he meant them.
“I don’t know if I was happy like that, when we were the fucking ‘fittest couple in Hollywood,’” Louis confessed, “I mean, that was your thing, and I just did it because it was expected of me.”
He blushed, reaching down to squeeze his belly.
“But I feel so…so happy like this. In this body, with you, doing this,” he said, “Like I’m enough.”
Harry nodded, his face soft and content.
“I always had the feeling you didn’t like working out that much,” Harry said, “I mean, you did it, but I always had the feeling you wanted to do anything else.”
“Yeah,” Louis said softly, “And I hated half the food I used to eat. I guess some of it was alright. But I just felt like I had no choice.”
“Well know you can do whatever you want,” Harry said, “Although I will say, I kind of miss you when I work out. I miss having you there with me.”
“Maybe I can hang out with you while you’re lifting? Or on the treadmill?” Louis offered, “I can have a snack and talk to you while you do that.”
“I would really like that,” Harry agreed.
He reached down again to pet Louis’s belly, and Louis looked down at himself, a little lump growing in his throat.
“I’m going to have to lose this eventually,” Louis said sadly, “For my job.”
“Hey,” Harry said softly, cuffing Louis under the chin. “We have four pounds to go, honey.”
He gave him a kiss, holding his lips tight on Louis’s cheek before he pulled away.
“And I plan to make them count.”

Ideas sprouted in Harry’s head like weeds in the middle of spring.
For the next few days, he scaled back some of Louis’s meals. Still giving him everything he wanted, just a little less. A dozen buffalo wings instead of eighteen, four red velvet cupcakes instead of six, two calzones but no cinnamon sticks to go with them. Louis questioned him, a little frown forming at each of the meals.
“I’m planning something,” Harry teased him, “Be patient.”
And then one morning Louis woke up to no breakfast platter, and instead, Harry was just sitting next to him, a giant smile on his face.
“Wear something tight for me today,” Harry said, and then got up and disappeared. And Louis realized this was the day, this was Harry’s planning was paying off. And Louis was eager to mind out what it entailed.
Louis went to their closet, rifling the section that had become his out-grown clothes. He hated wearing tight clothes, he preferred his sweatpants and pajamas now above anything else, but if Harry wanted, he could deliver.
He selected a white button-down shirt and a pair of dark jeans, and started the process of doing them up. It was easier said than done, they had been new purchases when he and Harry had visited the mall, but they were already tight. All the buttons on his shirt did up, but the buttons were tight and the fabric stretched taunt on his frame, not hiding a thing. He rolled up his sleeves to his elbows and unbuttoned the first few buttons of the shirt, something that used to show off his delicate wrists and sharp collarbones that had since thickened and softened. He yanked on the jeans, which were snug against his thighs and ass, and he had to suck in to button them and then pull the curve of his stomach out of the waistband, letting it flop over top of his pants and pushing hard against his shirt.
He knew he wasn’t that big, but in this outfit, he felt massive, and it sent a little thrill through him, especially knowing how much Harry would love to see it, too.
He made his way down the stairs, breathing a bit hard at how the buttons cut into him. Harry was waiting for him in the doorway of the kitchen, and he waved his hand towards the breakfast nook, signaling for Louis to sit.
“You look gorgeous,” Harry smiled, “And I like the white shirt, too. You’ll probably get messy today. But maybe that’s good.”
Louis smiled, his stomach fluttering a bit.
“So what are you making me today?”
“Well, just one thing, actually,” Harry said.
Louis’s heart sank a bit. One thing, for the whole day? And then Harry disappeared into the kitchen and came back with a platter holding an enormous cheesecake almost completely covered in Oreos, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. He placed it in front of Louis with reverence, staring at it for a long moment before turning to Louis.
“I spent all last night making this,” Harry beamed, “It’s around twenty thousand calories.”
The two statements hit Louis one after the other, and he blinked.
“Oh,” Louis stammered, “Oh, wow.”
“Yep!” Harry chirped, “And you’re gonna eat it today.”
He kissed Louis’s temple as the other man just stared at the platter, open mouthed.
“Gonna get you a fork,” Harry said, “Are you hungry?”
“I, yeah,” Louis managed.
“Of course you are,” Harry said, “My baby’s always hungry.”
He disappeared once more, and he returned with a fork. He pressed it into Louis’s hand, and then kissed the top of his head.
“Eat up, gorgeous.”
Louis nodded, staring at the feat in front of him. He wasn’t tied up, like he had been the night of the lasagna, but he felt just as much under Harry’s control.
He took a breath, feeling the press of the buttons into his abdomen. He had all day. He could do this. He would do this.
He reached his fork forward, picking up a bite of the cheesecake and placing it on his tongue. It was delicious, as always, so sweet it made his teeth sing, incredibly soft, and rich enough that he could taste the butter.
He easily ate through a full slice, and then another after that. He loved sweets for breakfast, and Harry had trained him for such indulgences with Belgian waffles and chocolate muffins presented to him quite literally on a silver platter. He even managed to polish off another slice, and Harry praised him with a kiss and a hug.
And so, for the rest of the day, the cheesecake was Louis’s constant companion. Anytime he felt the smallest bit of emptiness in his belly, he was back at the table with his fork, digging into the layers of cookies and frosting, picking away at the mammoth plate. Usually Harry worked up in his studio, but he seemed to be lingering around a lot more, either on his laptop or engrossed in his sketchbook, but still taking time to look up at Louis as he ate.
At lunchtime, a third of the cake was gone and Louis’s buttons were so tight he was gasping. He shoved cake into his mouth and then moved to undo his shirt, but Harry’s voice halted him.
“Leave that,” he said firmly, and Louis’s hand dropped immediately. He went back to his cake, sugar-buzzed and obedient.
He returned only an hour and a half later, eager for a few more bites. He didn’t realize until now how much hungrier he was throughout the day, his body trained for constant snacks. He sat down and picked up his fork, Harry sitting nearby watching.
He only had to reach forward a little before he heard a rip and felt pressure release on his stomach.
Louis blinked and looked down and saw there was a very apparent rip in his shirt, right over his stomach. There was also a bit of a gap at the side seam, and when he shifted, the rip widened. He looked up at Harry, his mouth opened, and his boyfriend’s eyes were dark.
“Eat your cake,” he said, his voice deep, and Louis reached for the fork without question.
As he moved around the house, the gaps in his shirt grew, the rips audible and showing more and more of his skin. He also saw how the white fabric was staining, smeared with chocolate and greasy bits of whipped cream. He would be embarrassed by it, but Harry kept giving him the most satisfying looks.
As dinner time approached, there was still a significant amount of cheesecake left, and Harry clucked his tongue.
“I worked so hard on this,” he said, “It better not go to waste.”
Louis’s fork found its way back to the plate.
Eventually, he decided not to leave the table. His brain was a swirl of black and white sugar, his body felt sluggish. There was a new rip under his right arm, and he had to keep breathing around the buttons, which were nothing short of painful now. He groaned as he took another bite, his body protesting, and he rocked forward a little, a hand cradling his stomach as he tried to sooth himself.
He heard the sound, a pop and then a high little ping on the ground, and then felt his stomach surge. Another pop. Another ping. He moaned, moving to the space where the two buttons had flown off, leaving his pale, soft belly exposed to the cool air.
He looked up at Harry and blinked, his vision blurring.
“I think the shirt’s too small,” he said, and then, his hand scrambled for the fork. More cake passed his lips. Harry groaned.
Louis couldn’t tell the difference between the next seconds to minutes to hours. It was all cake, all Harry’s gaze, all the feeling of his shirt ripping, unable to contain his form. His mouth and hand moved on their own in rhythm, working towards the goal as his other hand rubbed his stomach.
Eventually he blinked and rocked forward, and he felt the thick button on his jeans break, hurtling towards the ground. Louis hiccupped and adjusted his hips, his stomach pushing down the zipper of his pants.
He felt Harry’s hand on his belly and he leaned back, accepting a kiss on the head. He hadn’t even known Harry was there. He was too sugar drunk to know anything.
“I’m gonna pop,” he heard himself moan, and Harry soothed him.
“But you just have a little more,” Harry said carefully, “Please. Come on. Make me proud.”
Make Harry proud.
Louis’s mouth lolled open and stayed at way. A hand that wasn’t his fed him, rubbed his belly, slipped his fingers under Louis’s ripped shirt.
“Good. Good. Perfect,” Harry coaxed, “Just a little more now.”
Louis barely heard Harry when he was done. He collapsed on the table, panting, his shirt ripping even more. He thought he felt a rip along his inner thigh, but he didn’t know. He felt Harry’s hands lifting him up, guiding him to the sofa, offering him water.
“Never make me do that again,” Louis wheezed, and he heard Harry laugh.
“Once is all I wanted,” he heard his proud, proud boyfriend say, “And God, were you absolutely spectacular.”

Louis expected a bit more pomp and circumstance, in all honesty.
It still the morning, although Louis had slept in so it was closer to midday. Harry had to shake him awake and Louis immediately groaned and yanked the blankets over his head.
“Not now,” he huffed.
“Up and at ‘em,” Harry said gently, “Come on, honey. Scale.”
“I’m hungry,” Louis protested.  
“I know, honey,” Harry sighed, “But we gotta weigh you first.”
“Can’t it wait?”
“If we weigh you after you eat, it might not be accurate,” Harry said, “Come on. I’ll make you whatever you want.”
Louis considered resisting a bit longer, but he could hear the eagerness in Harry’s voice. It was his favorite thing, to see the numbers under Louis’s feet rise.
So Louis rolled out of bed and followed Harry to the bathroom. At Harry’s instruction he stepped up on the scale, not even looking down to read it. He rubbed at his eyes and yawned, blinking weakly as he tried to wake up. The scale beeped under him, evening out, and he waited for Harry to read him the number like he always did.
But there wasn’t anything.
He turned to his side, seeing Harry was still, just staring down.
“Harry?” he asked, “What is it?”
Harry lifted his head, his smile brilliant.
“179.”
Louis blinked.
“Oh.”
“Yeah.”
“So…I’m…”
“You did it, babe,” Harry said, “Well, you went above and beyond, actually.”
“One pound isn’t above and beyond.”
“It is,” Harry insisted, “It is to me.”
He surged forward, wrapping his arms around Louis and giving him a squeeze that made Louis squeak.
“You’re perfect,” Harry breathed out, “Absolutely perfect.”
Louis could only stare down at the number below him, the reality catching up to him.
He had gained thirty-one pounds. He was out of breath, hungry, and covered in stretch marks.
And he had never felt better about himself in his entire life.
After a moment, he stepped down, and let himself be fully hugged by Harry, snuggling into his chest.
“God, wow,” Harry said again, “I’m – I can’t believe this.”
“I know, right?” Louis sighed, “And hey, you helped with the last sixteen. So you can officially claim most of the credit.”
Harry laughed, shaking his head.
“I mean, I’m kind of…sad that it’s over, to be honest,” Harry said, “This has been so fun.”
“Well,” Louis drawled slowly, “I have a whole movie to shoot. Gonna have to keep this up for awhile.”
He patted his stomach and watched how he jiggled.
“You up for helping me with that?” Louis asked, “Can’t get skinny now.”
Harry’s mouth twitched, and he gave Louis a long look before grinning once more.
“I think I would be interested.”
