The real reason I want to be an uni teacher is bc I would fucking suck at teaching kids
#No bc I love them and am confident I can in fact get along w them rlly well & be a good role model#But the deal is I also love math#And if a kid asked smth that’s not on curriculum/they’re not supposed to learn yet#Or even make the dumbass 1+1=11 joke#I’d fucking go yes in fact ur right that’s a mathematically correct statement according to the binary(?) system#And also technically in Roman numbers bc I + I = II also u can make 1+1=3 and 1+1=1 b true give me the pen let me prove it real quick so#and the kid would be like .-. bc he’s fucking ten and just learnt how to count to 100
