Nearly $400 vet bill for a little boy and the answer is basically either genetic disease that he definitely does not have because both his parents are clear, or owie big booboo.
#user.dat#his breeder sends blood panels of every potential breeding to UCLA and does a ton of health tests#it's a recessive one too so Both parents have to be carriers for it to pass on#I emailed his breeder to shoot me the vWD clear tests for his parents#this shit is why good breeders are so important. if I didn't know for a fact his parents are both not carriers#I would be worrying about him having an incurable genetic disease that causes bleeding. and have to foot an extra#several hundred dollar bill for the vWD test#instead all I'm doing is sending my little emails#vets cost so damn much though like it WAS a full blood panel and some other tests but it was $370 total 😭
