Also, hot take: W always made my skin crawl and I just never really liked the dude. Mans set off way to many red flags in my brain that I just couldn't explain, and now I feel fucking vindicated and proud, like "I knew it! >:(" and I know I probably shouldn't feel that way, but at the same time, I'm glad I have proof and can site a reason for not liking him aside from "idk, mans just makes me uneasy"

hey anon, I mean this in the kindest way possible now, but "idk mans just makes me uneasy" is a perfectly good reason to dislike someone.

it's fine to dislike people without a reason. it's fine to have a small moment of "I knew it" when they turn out to be shitty if you keep that to yourself and don't rub it into other's people's faces. needing a proof or a legit reason to dislike something or someone is how we get to some very unhealthy behaviours like we see with drantis.

getting bad vibes from someone is valid. not liking someone for no reason whatsoever is valid. as long as you are not a dick about it to others or to the person. being excited about a reason to dislike someone is a very new internet-driven mindset that you should drop asap.

and feeling vindicated and proud and having a 'gotcha' moment when there are actual victims in the case is just not it.
