hold on I have. some things to add sorta (it was just me screaming at 3 am but like. still)
and that’s all he wrote .
oh! actually!! also made a transcript of Adam yelling at himself in the remembrance video because it makes me emo whenever I think about it
I noticed in the ending of vol 4 Six/Intruders weird use of you/he pronouns, like he says 'The lights scared off all the monsters, they kept HIM safe.' but then he says 'Do YOU remember my face?' 'Do YOU remember that night Murray' and even in vol 2 'YOU don't remember me?' if the Adam we've been following is a replacement then why tf would he asked it if it remembers about Adam's life prior to his kidnapping? Well here comes my theory: When the intruder kidnaps children he doesn't kill and replace them instead he alternates them before sending them back, because we can assume he does in fact care for them..in his own twisted and fucked up way I mean he did said he kept Adam safe from alternates using the tv lights to scare them off and even called him his 'sweet boy' showing some kind of twisted parental. I think he just cares enough to not kill them so instead he alternates them.
Now I believe Adam never wanted Jonah to leave, In my opinion he just wanted him to wait for him not leave. I mentioned in another theory about how alternate adam and adam work like a sleeper agent, At a moment Adam is 'normal' (well as normal as he can be) but the second he gets trigged his alternate side awakes using his memorial video of Jonah as proof and while I don't think I'm wrong, but let's say- His alternate side was the one who said those horribly things that no human should know to Evelin which lead to her being affected with MAD but it was the intruder who messed up with his words and told Jonah to leave. So think of it as 'GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEAD' is him screaming at his alter side to leave him alone while the 'its messing with my words it's not me it's the computer' thing is about Intruder making him say those things, God who knows maybe that's what happened in vol4. Maybe that's why he was acting so..odd. Idfk how to explain this really so I hope it makes sense.
Also another thing Adam mentioned that he doesn't have any friends while talking with Sarah and while it probably is some edgy teenager asshole stuff I'd like to believe it has some more deeper meaning to it cause I'm Adam's number one analysis and maybe I should make that my username but anyways back to the point. What if it takes us back, wayyy back with Stanley?
