HONESTLY it's more carelessness than active malice but that probably doesn't make it better lol

My dad just has a fairly lifelong habit of not thinking about stuff he does, so he'll just go and rearrange stuff or otherwise "fix" things and just.... neglect to tell anyone or think about what that might CAUSE.

So he wanted some bulky thing on one side of the doorway and instead of trying to find a plug there, just stretched the cord across the doorway to plug it in THERE and didn't think maybe loose cords should NOT be stretched across a 7 y/o's door because? Kids run?? (Or maybe kids SHOULDN'T run in "his" house and what do you mean you don't remember me saying that once who knows how long ago??) So he got to drive me to the hospital for stitches lmao~

(Arguably worse have been bitching until I bought a new hubcap for my car when unemployed, then installing it incorrectly so it FLEW OFF while I was driving and he somehow didn't think that was his fault. And it definitely wasn't his fault when he ""cleaned"" my car and took out my emergency sleeping bag and the CAN OF FIX A FLAT that I didn't notice until I... had a flat I could then NOT FIX)
