I've been comparing screenshots and genuinely can't tell -- did they make two versions of Penelope's dress for the first half of season 3, episode 5? The one with the embroidered leaves and stems? It could just be the lighting, but in the first few scenes it seems like she's wearing one in pale green, and then when they get to Colin's apartment it looks like she's in pale blue -- Bridgerton blue, really, which would have been a clever choice. Either way, what a fun little detail!
