Yo Mount Pleasant, you may have turned off javascript to avoid one part of my countertrolling but you realize I can still see your insane amount of accesses right. And the rest of your details. right. ...Right? You. You realize that, right?
Tumblr media
Your commitment of the sum of your life to trying to find a way to troll my blog is both impressive and secondhand embarrassing. I don't know why you expect me to be anything but flattered at reading your 112 listed accesses in the last few days. Broooooooo.
Tumblr media
did it really take you motherfuckers a goddamn week to figure out to turn off javascript, and you STILL think you can come out with a win from this, what the genuine fuck.
m e d i c a t i o n
all this because Vinnie couldn't keep her retarded mouth shut about her blatant assumptions so you guys committed to spending a week getting dragged through the dirt face-down to prove... something.
Protip, if you're now violently clicking around your browser figuring out what ELSE to turn off so I can't see your shit, good luck, the internet itself will become nonfunctional to you when you do, which is a very hilarious length for yall to go to.
So for all of your hot nonsense the last week getting rickrolled on automation, has it occurred to you absolute inbred dumbfucks that you never had shit and got led down moron hill by queen retard yelling nonsense, or is the attempt to disprove that what is making yall persist while proven wrong time and again.
cuz lemme tell you "inbred dumbfucks that never had shit getting led down moron hill by queen retard yelling nonsense" just about sums up the entire fandom history of anyone dumb enough to believe a word from the evil incest cow.
We go back to Point A: Ignoring you dumb, useless motherfuckers that exist only to tax on world resources and use valuable air does not mean you are winning or tricking anyone, it just means you're underneath someone so fucking far it's comedy. And this is just on the whole "URURURURUR I USA DA PROXY" dipshittery. That says NOTHING about WHY you and your fandom noise are so below me, but I think your desperate attempt to disprove to YOURSELVES while I don't even say direct what it is for you to attack livelihoods with comes from that. Bro. Just get over it. You lost. You've lost this game. You've lost the battles. And you absolutely lost the war, now you're just shitting on the battlefield crying trying to find something to win by despositing turds everywhere. When will it sink in y o u l o s t e v e r y t h i n g. y o u a r e p o w e r l e s s. y o u d o n ' t m a t t e r. y o u a r e o u t c l a s s e d. These repurcussions are, in fact, entirely the fault of Vinnie and the retard incest gang's hostilities compiled on themselves for years, there is no coming back, thanks for the Reason to Stay and even the momentum you unwittingly gave us at times. COPE. JESUS CHRIST.
youtube
Yall truly condemned yourselves to losing everything to a trans gamer catboy who gave no fucks beyond wanting to piss you off. I never cared about your conventions. I never cared about your actor worship. I just cared about facts and change and you did not fucking comprehend what you were doing to yourselves for years.
I'm going back to writing the gay dragon porn I've been posting between writing this, while you all claw around trying to find some new way to pretend to have leverage.
I know your parents told you that you can do whatever you wanna do and be whatever you wanna be when you grow up but yall missed the memo that it comes by way of actually gaining skills. Googling proxies and trolling for years online aren't skills. They're wastes of your already pointless lives. You aren't communications majors, you aren't marketing managers, you aren't socmed keyholders, you aren't producers, you have no earthly tangible understanding of the corporate media world even in any fractal part much less the whole, you've never worked for a large studio, you all just rumor bullshit to each other off of google blurbs you're too illiterate and biased to really understand. Your capability in understanding media events is even lower than your understanding of the internet. It's time to accept that.
and before you try to console yourselves that you, idk, annoyed me or something, this is what my conversation looks like with my friends
Tumblr media
Vinnie wants so bad to chase out the trans man but is so powerless she can't even do THAT because he walked out on his own after setting everything she loved on fire and hitting her in the face 20 times a day from other sources while they waste a literal week of life getting rickrolled, god FUCKING bless you, you dumb cunt. Chew on my messaging for all eternity now. I promise you don't have to stalk my blog to even see it!
Also no, coming from google doesn't fucking save you either lmfao

You Gotta be Kitten Me
CH 1: And now for something completely different
Summary: Medic never really liked cats. He had never hated them, per se, but being a bird parent did not lend a favorable view to the furry beasts. So how on Earth did he find himself trying to take care of 7?
Medic woke up struggling to breathe and a deep pressure on his chest. He took several deep breaths as he tried to push past the morning brain fog and flopped his arm in an attempt to wake Heavy. It wouldn’t be the first time he’d woken up half trapped beneath the large man. When he only found empty bed, his eyes snapped open and he looked down at his chest.
An absolutely massive cat was sprawled across his chest, thick fur only adding to the weight. The cat’s chin draped over his shoulder, breathing slow and easy. Medic stared in confusion. How did a cat get into his room? He always made sure to close the door securely to make sure nothing would try to get in to harass his birds (or worse, allow them unsupervised access to the base). Then again, the bed was empty. Perhaps Heavy had gotten up and accidentally not closed the door all the way?
“Scheiße!” There was a loud yowl as the cat was flung to the floor in Medic’s haste to get up. The cat barely managed to avoid getting stepped on as Madic jumped out of bed and started frantically searching the room. “Archimedes!” There was an angry squawk and he followed the sound to find Archimedes fluffing unhappily on top of the bookcase furthest from the bed. With a sigh, he relaxed and then did another, more thorough search of the room to take a headcount of his birds.
Once everyone was accounted for, Medic turned to the large cat now lounging on the bed watching him. For a brief moment the cat look excited, standing up and raising its tail once it had Medic’s attention. The excitement was short-lived as Medic grabbed the cat by the scruff of the neck, threw open the door, and threw it out, yelling, “OUT! OUT! AND DON’T COME BACK!”
The door slammed shut behind him and he huffed angrily. He was going to have words with Heavy for this. First things first, clothes. He dressed angrily, though as time passed and the initial shock wore off, he found himself calming down. Mistakes happened, and his doves were fine. Startled from his yelling earlier, but otherwise fine. By the time he was pulling his boots on he had calmed down to the point where he no longer felt the need to chew anyone out.
All that went out the window when Medic opened the door to find the cat sitting just a few feet away. It had waited?! It knew he kept birds and was just waiting for the opportunity! How dare!
Medic stomped his foot and the cat jumped and cowered. It managed a small chirp before Medic bellowed, “WHAT DID I TELL YOU?” as he stomped forward. With a yowl, the cat bolted down the hall and disappeared around the corner. Great. Now he was going to have to do a full check of the base to not only chase that cat out, but also make sure no other vermin had gotten into the base.
But that was a problem for later. He ran a hand down his face and took a deep breath. It was too early to be getting this worked up. He exhaled slowly before making his way to the cafeteria. Maybe he could recruit Scout to help him. The kid had always been good with animals.
Medic was pulled from his thoughts as he approached the cafeteria by the eerie silence. Normally the cafeteria would have been booming with the chaos that came from 9 wildly different personalities trying to talk over each other. Soldier and Scout were always the two loudest, either arguing or each yelling over the other in an attempt to hold their own conversations. But now an unsettling silence leaked through the doors. He paused but then threw the doors open and strode in, shoulders back and chest out.
Silence.
Medic blinked in surprise when he saw that Engineer was the only other occupant. Seated at a table with a newspaper and a cup of coffee, the man looked up and gave a casual wave. “There’s eggs and bacon in the kitchen and a pot of coffee if you want. Still fresh.”
Medic gave him a confused look. “Where is everyone else? Did they eat already?” Surely he hadn’t slept in that late.
“No idea.” Engineer folded the newspaper and set it aside. “Ain’t seen a sign of anyone since I got up. Slept in because Soldier wasn’t doing his rounds, but not by much.”
Oh, now that was concerning. The only time Soldier didn’t do his morning round to wake everyone up was the time Medic had strapped him to the table overnight and pumped him so full of anesthetic he couldn’t have walked anywhere anyway. Not even death itself would be able to stop that man from yelling at everyone at 5 in the morning.
“Have you checked on anyone?” Medic asked as he slid into the seat opposite Engineer.
“Nope,” was the casual reply, with a popped ‘p’. “None of my business if everyone wants to sleep in.”
“Mmm.” He had a point, it really was none of their business, but Medic was still concerned. “I’m worried something may be going around. Everyone was complaining about not feeling good last night.”
“Everyone but us, you mean.”
Medic rolled his eyes but nodded. “By the way, have you seen Heavy? I couldn’t find him this morning. We need to have a talk.”
Engineer took a drink of coffee while he thought before he finally shook his head. “No, no sign of him. Honestly thought he was still sleeping.”
Medic made an unhappy sound as he stood up. “I’ll see if I can’t find him after I eat. “You said you made bacon?”
“Yup. And seein’ as you’re the first up, you get dibs.” Medic smiled at that. Being first up had its benefits.
The pair took their time eating, alternating between idle chit-chat and enjoying the calm and silence of the empty room. An hour later, however, they were both shifting nervously and sending worried glances to the doors. No one had shown up, which went well beyond ‘slightly concerning’. Food poisoning made no sense. Heavy had been the last to cook and he was not only very good at it, but both medic and Engineer were fine despite eating the same thing as everyone else. There had been no alerts about an invasion, so surely no one had snuck in.
Still, both Medic and Engineer were unsettled by the fact that something had managed to wipe out 3/4 of the team basically overnight. Finally Medic stood up and started toward the door. “I’m checking on everyone. This makes no sense.”
“I’ll come with you,” Engineer said, doing his best to sound casual as he trotted to catch up.
The halls were silent as they walked, which just made the whole experience that much more unsettling. The halls seemed to stretch on for far too long as they approached the sleeping quarters. When they finally came to a stop, Engineer cocked his head and asked, “Do you hear that?”
“Hear what?”
“It sounds like…” Engineer took a few steps forward, “...scratching?”
Medic frowned but followed, still straining to hear whatever it was Engineer had heard. As they approached the first door, Scout’s room, he heard it. A desperate, wild scrabbling like something desperately trying to get out. It stopped suddenly and Medic wondered if they’d been heard. Seconds later there was a thud as something hit the door.
“Scout! Are you okay?” There was silence on the other side for a couple seconds before the scratching started up with a renewed frenzy. That was enough to confirm something was wrong and Medic threw the door open. It wasn’t locked, a concern that was registered as a ‘to be dealt with later’ problem, and both Medic and Engineer burst in to find the room empty.
The bed and floor were a mess and there was no sign of Scout anywhere. “You don’t think someone got to him first, do you?” Engineer asked softly, but Medic shook his head.
“There wouldn’t have been time. Scout? Where are you?”
A croaky meow sounded behind them and both men turned to see a small calico stumble out from behind the door.
No. There was no way. Surely not.
Engineer crouched to get a better look at the cat that eyed him suspiciously. Medic darted to the window only to find it shut and locked. After doing a thorough check of the window, he turned his attention to the rest of the room.
Closet? No.
Under the bed? Nada.
Chest of drawers? Nope.
The room was small and hiding spots were far and few between. It wasn’t long before Medic had searched the room top to bottom to find nothing at all.
Nothing except a cat with a croaky mew.
He felt stupid even considering the possibility, but unless everyone had decided to leave at ass in the morning without telling him and Engineer, it was the only thing left he could think of. He crouched down next to Engineer and stared hard at the cat which stared back at him, still somewhat dazed.
“Here goes nothing. Scout?” The cat perked up and chirped at him, tail shooting straight up. Engineer looked at Medic who just pinched the bridge of his nose. “Scout, can you- can you understand me?” he asked after a moment. The cat nodded and trotted closer, meowing non-stop.
Engineer just looked from Medic to the cat and then back before he sighed as well and stood up. “Alright. Well. That’s a problem.”
“Tell me about it. Probably screamed his head off trying to get someone’s attention, if his voice is anything to go by.” Medic stood up with a sigh and the three shared an awkward silence.
“Medic,” Engineer said slowly, dread beginning to pool in his stomach. “You don’t think…” He trailed off. He didn’t need to finish. It was obvious from Medic’s expression that he knew what Engineer was going to ask.
“No. Surely not. That’s impossible.” But he was already on the move. The next door was Demoman’s. Medic banged on the door and yelled, “Back up! I’m coming in!” before he threw the door open and entered. A large black cat lifted its head and blinked at him blearily. Medic didn’t bother sticking around, having all the confirmation he needed, before moving on to the next room.
Half an hour and a quick trip to Sniper’s camper later found Engineer and Medic in the living room with 6 cats. Heavy was unaccounted for but Medic already knew what he looked like. It was just a matter of working through the guilt long enough to seek out the larger man cat and beg forgiveness. In the meantime, he had his face buried in his hands while Engineer awkwardly patted his shoulder.
The cats, on the other hand, were seated in a circle, chirping and meowing at each other as they discussed their predicament. Soldier, normally loud and aggressive, was quiet while Spy led the conversation. Sniper was half-laying on Scout, licking his forehead or biting his ears when he started to get too worked up. Demoman was loud, though he politely waited his turn, and Pyro - who’d somehow crammed their head in a sock and refused to let anyone take it off - just hopped in with comments whenever they felt like it.
They were getting quite into the discussion when a deep voice cut in with “Мяу.” The conversion stopped as the circle turned to look at the newcomer. Heavy looked down at them for a moment before everyone shifted to fit him in. He settled into a loaf, listening in with the occasional comment and keeping half an eye on the two humans sitting on the couch.

Never read a hybrid fic before.. im curious what is it about? Is it about animals? Half animals?? like something in "furry" community fetish?? doesnt people found it uncomfortable reading something like that?? just curious bec i don't think i can read a hybrid fic but i want to know what is it about?? 😅
Hello! I'm going to assume good intentions with your ask and answer a few questions in here. This is long so I'll put it behind the cut.
I'm not sure if you're using a very focused definition of furry community (as in, people who have personas and dress and roleplay in those personas, although your understanding of that community as being just a fetish is incorrect) or more broad (people who like art that includes human-animal chimeras, etc.) but I do want to point out that 1. these interests and communities are not always sexual (but can be!) and 2. the spectrum of things that could be considered hybrid media are ancient through modern, and very broad. Netflix has a literal hybrid show. Many cultures have hybrid figures in their religions and mythos. Werewolves are hybrids. Mermaids are hybrids. Lots of animated movies, cartoons, and even non-animated movies have hybrid chracters. You could even argue that anthropomorphism is a type of hybrid (animals who move, think, speak, sing, etc. like humans.)
So this as a whole is a very broad spectrum of media where I guess the baseline thread is just "human + animal/alien components" (as oppoosed to cyborg, which would be "human + machine/robot components.) Clearly the people who read hybrid stories don't find the concept uncomfortable because it's a type of media they choose to consume --and it's a very, very large audience consuming things along that spectrum. I'm sure others have done much better analysis and writing on this and the psychology and history behind it, but basically, this is not really a niche thing. People have been combining humans and animals since forever. I'm not saying everyone likes catboys, but that most people have probably seen the Little Mermaid. What an individual likes along that is just an individual preference. You could like the Little Mermaid or have a crush on the fox in Zootopia but not find it interesting/appealing to think of a human with bear ears or behaviors.
I'll narrow the focus to "BTS Hybrid stories" of which I have written some and read some. I don't think there are rules, or at least I don't follow them and am not an expert in them, though some common themes come up, which can lead to general reader expectations of the genre. The two main groupings you tend to see are either "have some physical animal traits on an otherwise mainly human form" or "shifters/people who can turn into an animal", but there's a whole range of what that means in practice. I've written stories where people have some phyisical characteristics of their animal, stories where they look just like normal humans but have some behavioral tendancies from their animals, and stories where people look like people but can transform into animals. I personally also tend to really enjoy writing about how society has shaped itself around the existence of hybrids or species, as a way to deconstruct and analyze our real world systems and relationships.
People's individual tastes range as with anything else. Some of my stories lean more into the animal portion of hybrids than others, so some readers might only be interested in certair iterations. I think tastes change over time too. When I wrote Sea of Indigo, I couldn't figure out how I felt about a romantic lead with dog ears, so I actually left the story vague about whether JK has dog ears or human ears or both. Now after writing these stories for two years, doesn't phase me at all to write about how comforting it is to stroke JK's soft bunny ear when you're stresed out from a bad day. 😎
Anyway, hope that lends some insight!

Favorite movie, book, and show? Howcome?
Movie - Tie between Spirited Away and A Silent Voice. Both movies speak a lot to some of my inner struggles and are just so human. Spirited Away came out when I was eleven, so the themes about growing up Ghibli loves so much really struck me. I burned out my copy lol. A Silent Voice came out in a time I was struggling with my self worth after getting through college but not finding work or feeling like I was living anything I wanted to. Watching it helped me cope and made me cry like a baby. Book - I had quit reading for a while after college, and that's getting to be quite the span of years for me. I had a sizeable chunk of reading under my belt in school and college, but it's hard to recall which were my favorites from then. So much has happened it feels like another lifetime. Recently, I read an indie book called Bloody Spade by B.M. Willows and it knocked my socks off. It was just the thing to reignite my love of reading. Wonderful characters, representation for LGBTQ+, anime inspirations, fantasy, magic, transformations, catboy, etc. She blends everything so well into a very intriguing world and magic system. Her descriptions are also on point. I couldn't look away, and now I am going to be a beta for the sequel! Show - I have to say Arcane. Not because it is recent, but it just amazed me so much it blew my old favorites away with a gun and blue smoke bombs. The characterization and interconnected storylines are -chef's kiss- and it's honestly what I want Arigale to be like, as lofty as it is.

Important Lore!
This post will contain very important details about this blog. It’s highly recommended that newcomers read this in order to understand aspects that will be mentioned throughout the blog!
It may be long since so much has happened and Mod Soup wants the audience to understand as much as they can, but also lore is very tasty so there’s that too.
Everything will be listed underneath the Keep Reading as to not clog up the current events, but will remain pinned and be updated when needed~!
(MAIN: @soupietime )
(Disclaimer: if you've seen and read before I was involved in the Takeover event and all that, please note that the previous Dad Midori stuff is NON-CANON to this blog, it makes me, the mod, quite uncomfortable. thank u and here's a snail 🐌 \^o^/)
(...Catboy Shin event was pretty funny though not gonna lie)
(Added fact: I HAVE NOT PLAYED 3-1B YET-)
(Added ADDED fact: I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED PLAYING 3-1B)
(Keys: MILL / More Information Listed Later)
BASIC INFORMATION
Name: Shin Tsukimi / Sou Hiyori (previously)
Age: 22
Height: 5’5”
Weight: 106 lbs
Sexuality: Bisexual (male leaning)
RELATIONSHIPS
Gin Ibushi (@askgin-ibushi) - Familial love. His only son, officially adopted before the beginning of the “#up the tower” (MILL) HE LOVES HIS EPIC SOOOOOOON.
Sara Chidouin (@ask-chidouin-sara) - Didn’t pay much mind at first due to lack of trust, but soon developed a protective nature towards the girl. Adoption material?
Sou Hiyori/Midori/Spark (@ask-sou-midori) - Unaware of his new name (Spark). He has heavily conflicting feelings due to the effects of “#event: blended” (MILL) but currently does not forgive him for his actions due to the amount of trauma caused to both him and his family. He’s afraid of this man, yet misses him greatly. Seeing him brings him immense pain, but also a strange comfort. He is unaware whenever he relapses with Hiyori.
Zinnia (@askgin-ibushi) - Strong security guard lady… kind and protective. Good for comfort and cuddling. Soft.
Leidora Margarati (@askgin-ibushi) - Resident Doctor. Helped Shin realize that Midori/Spark gave him severe brain damage with the “blending” and everything in his blended life was a lie. Shin is grateful for her in telling him the truth, but as a result Shin has many conflicting feelings about everything and himself, plenty of migraines and headaches to go along with it all. Leidora is the one helping Shin heal from the severe trauma caused.
Shin Tsukimi (literally me) - ……
(There are various other blogs out there, but Shin has not made much of a relationship with them yet. These blogs are who Shin has interacted with relatively a lot and thus formed relationships and thoughts about them)
CHARACTER CONNECTIONS
Every character from these blogs are from their own YTTD universe. Through the power of Tumblr and ask blogs, a rift was torn and brought these characters together.
Though… Gin and Midori/Spark have been known to be from the same universe.
Revealed during “#hospital arc”, Shin is from Gin and Midori’s universe as well. It’s been believed he perished due to an act to save Kanna in the second main game, and then killed after an escape attempt. However, that was proved false after a conversation between Shin and Spark, Shin showing him his abundance of gunshot scars from how he was “killed” in the second main game, Spark immediately recognized the scars, and thus… the reveal has been made. Gin is aware of this fact as well after Shin returned to the hospital, the two now closer than ever.
There had been a Sara in the three's universe. Gin had taken his own Sara with his sacrifice win, but she had eventually offed herself, leaving Gin as the only survivor before finding out that Shin survived as well.
Kanna is a sister to Shin. Shin is a brother to Kanna.
Gin and Shin are family :) Father and son
EVENTS
(NOTE: If you are going to read through the tags of the events, MAKE SURE to read through the notes of any interactions, as very important parts of the events are played out through interactions between the blogs. It’s not only through the asks of the audience. Plus it's easier than scrolling through to find every single interaction reblog)
#event: takeover (@askgin-ibushi)
The event that brought us together
Part 1 synopsis
Part 2 synopsis
You may read these synopses on the event in the links above, or you may read through the whole tag on Gin’s blog :D
#event: blended
(TW: mental manipulation and toxic relationships)
After the events of Takeover, Shin was found by Gin in… well, Gin’s room. Midori manipulated Shin before getting chased away and told Shin to stay in the room until he came back. Obviously, Midori did not come back. Shin only left the house after getting a few answers from Gin (who came up to his room shortly after Takeover) about what happened, and Gin falling asleep. Snzz.
Soon after, Shin gets a call from Midori again, and… surprise surprise… Midori manipulated Shin once again and got the man to follow him into a warehouse, putting a machine (that was similar to the one Midori put on Gin previously) onto Shin’s head despite the man’s loud and frantic protests, “blending” his brain and turning him into his own “perfect Shin”, which was a Shin that absolutely loved and adored the man, doing anything he would tell him.
Tumblr media
Midori, using Shin’s totally real love and adoration to his advantage, sent him to Gin with the intent to lure and kidnap him. After all… Gin was part of Shin’s “family”, it would be wrong to just leave him alone… While Shin had a “family” mindset, Midori wanted to kidnap the kid solely due to the fact that Gin was the “winner” of their death game via sacrifice. Midori had the job of collecting the winner and making them join Asunaro. Shin and Midori’s plan succeeded, the two kidnapping both Gin and Hinako (she was there too with Gin. Asuga was also there but she was knocked tf out so yeah).
After kidnapping Gin, Midori had blended him as well, finally creating their “perfect little family”.
...All was going “well” until Gin decided to fight Midori to protect Hinako. That soon resulted in Gin getting stabbed by Midori, and Midori’s head getting bashed onto the ground. Due to the blunt force trauma, Midori developed something similar to a conscience, now realizing what wrong he’s done and a will to assist Shin after seeing him panic over a bleeding out Gin.
They eventually arrive to a hospital, Gin getting the treatment he deserves, Shin getting observed by Leidora and figuring out what Midori has done to Shin’s brain, Sara getting blended as well, but only to erase her memories, and Midori leaving after Shin confronted the man about what Leidora has told him. Midori finally leaves Shin’s life…
...Or does he?
#up the tower
(TW: suicide attempt)
Days after entering the hospital, Shin constantly has headaches and conflicting feelings about everything he’s ever known. He thinks about what was fabricated, and what’s real. At times, he even has trouble differentiating the two. Shin’s blending had made him basically addicted to Midori like a drug. With the lack of Midori around because of Leidora’s advice, Shin goes into a withdrawal over the man, and soon develops hallucinations over him. The hallucination is tame, but starts leading Shin out of the room, making him follow him all the way up to the roof, ignoring those who stand in his way.
In reality, the hallucination had only left the room, disappearing right after. It was Shin himself who had decided to make his way to the roof. Before he had left the room, Shin was on a call with Midori… Midori found out about the hallucinations and took that as Shin missing him dearly, his “error” fixing temporarily and the man driving over to come collect Shin. When Shin mentioned over the phone about walking “up the tower” to wait for Midori, then jumping off to land in his arms in a false fantasy, Midori’s error picked up again and panicked, now rushing to the hospital.
Once reaching the top, followed by Sara and Leidora, Shin stood over the edge, remaining there as the others spoke to him, trying to convince him not to jump. Shin revealed he's been having so many problems with himself: He's weak, he's awful, he's a horrible parent, he could've prevented all of this, and various other bad thoughts about himself, and then the constant pain he's felt since the blending, which has only gotten worse overtime, was the breaking point for him, he just couldn't handle it anymore. The pain was unbearable.
Tumblr media
It had only calmed down once Gin made his way to the roof, bleeding due to opening his injuries up again while walking up to the roof after anons told him about the situation. The moment Shin took notice of Gin and heard his voice, he realized why he's still here. It would make him even more of an awful person to jump and leave him alone once again. Soon enough, Shin staggered off the edge of the roof and embraced Gin.
Tumblr media
This arc ended with Shin, Gin, Sara, and Leidora going back into the hospital. Midori had been watching this entire time, the sight of Shin's suicide attempt making him leave once more, realizing it was his fault that the attempt even occurred.
#hospital arc
Several months had gone by since Gin, Sara, and Shin had entered the hospital. Gin's being cared for his injury while it scars up, Sara is there due to her blending, and Shin is mainly there on a close watch due to his suicide attempt, while also there healing from his blending.
Shin relapses, and escapes the hospital to go see Midori again, breaking his room's window and hopping out and landing on mattresses that an anon laid out during "#up the tower". The whole hospital is in a panic at his disappearance, especially since Shin was in the mental ward.
Shin goes to Midori's place, and all seems normal until Midori figures out Shin broke out to see him again. Midori wants to take him back, but Shin asks for Dunkin Donuts first, something to eat since the man hasn't been eating right since the hospital. They get their food, and thanks to an employee commenting about the two being "lovers", Midori quickly pays and drives away as fast as he could, ending up in the woods. The two lay down on the ground for a while and have a few talks. Only when some anons give Shin steps on how to run away, Midori brings Shin back into the car and starts driving back to the hospital.
...They don't get that far, as some teasing occurs and Midori's "error" fixes itself for a brief moment, and harasses Shin. Shin eventually kicks the man in the nuts which led to Midori threatening not to take Shin back. Shin, of course, freaks out.
Eventually the error returns, and only with a few words of encouragement from Shin does Midori start driving Shin back. Once they arrive, Midori gives Shin a piggyback ride since the man's body is in immense pain. Once they get close enough to the hospital, Shin gives Midori a goodbye hug and a thank you for being relatively good, and finally returns to the hospital.
Shin had reached the hospital, but his legs had quickly given out, causing him to fall face first onto the ground. A security guard, Zinnia, was the first to find him and carry him back into the hospital, where they were met with an upset Leidora, demanding that Shin speak about his whole breakout. Shin... couldn't speak, he was too tired and absolutely exhausted. After Zinnia managed to temporarily make the doctor leave, she brought him back to his new room (no windows this time) and let him rest.
Soon, Gin had peeked into the room, both him and Shin glad to see each other again. They had a comforting moment before Shin decided to talk to Gin about what happened during their game. Gin, still thinking he's the only survivor, asked Shin about his own game. Eventually, Shin revealed to the boy that he was not the only survivor after all. When Shin showed Gin his gunshot scars, Gin finally realized his dad was his own Shin all this time, and soon ran out of the room in a panic, in despair over the fact that he had "killed" Shin's Kanna, whom was a little sister to Shin, because of his sacrifice win, even though Shin nearly died in order to protect her. Shin's act to protect Kanna was futile.
Zinnia to the rescue! She caught the young boy in her arms, as well as Shin, who had been chasing after Gin. She brought the two back into Shin's room and told them to talk it out like normal people. And so.. they did. It ended well, and now the two are sleeping so soundly together in each others embrace like father and son. Zinnia sits with the two, watching over them to protect them. Snzz.

//ONGOING EVENT//
After returning Shin back to the hospital, Midori had a mini breakdown over the situation. In order to attempt to cope, he went back home and brought out something he found in his closet before… a monitor. After hours and hours of trying to fix it back up, it finally worked, and what appeared on the screen was an AI. An AI of Shin, in fact. At first it was incredibly awkward and highly uncomfortable for the AI, since all Midori did was stare at him. But after asking question after question, Midori finally spoke to the AI.
The two conversed and became friends! More "interaction points" were programmed into the AI, per AI's request, and all was chill until an anon started trying to tell the AI what Midori has done in the past. Shin AI knew the man had did bad things, he's lived through so much of that before he had shut down for a long time. But… Midori caught on and finally told the AI what he's done. The AI was mortified at the blending and kidnapping and the like, but had grown some sympathy towards the man. After all, the AI knew about Midori's "error", and how he wanted to change, but he wasn't sure if he deserved to.
The AI kept on reassuring Midori, supporting him the best he can from now on. To pull him away from being Sou Hiyori and allow more room for change, the AI even gave him a new name… Spark.
Spark intended for his gay thoughts to lessen after turning the AI back on but y'know. That only caused him more gay thoughts.
Not too long after… the AI received an email, glimpses of Sou Hiyori flashing every so often on the email, as well as text telling the AI that He'll see him soon. The AI is panicking… but what more could he do about it?

(I do not have a sprite made just yet, however, he's wearing an oversized hospital gown with small shorts underneath, as well as the scarf he always wears. There are some eyebags under his eyes, and his eyes themselves still has remnants of the swirls, caused by the blending)
