Retiree! Simon Riley who gets discharged from the military after a bad mission leaving him blind beyond repair. While he doesn't like it and is struggling with himself and his new condition a lot, his worst struggle is his new care taker.

John MacTavish who signed up to help military personnel with trauma and injuries off the field is sent in place of a normal caretaker for Simon. Least to say Simon does not like John at all, or that he's trying to help him. Feeling like he's being treated as a child while his blurry, bad vision in one eye is getting worse while completely blind in the other.

Trust was never and will never be his strong suit, but maybe he's just going to have to trust John. And maybe... it won't be so bad.
