things that are beyond fucked up: I have a snippet of dialogue so good I thought of it last night before I fell asleep and I still remember it tonight even though I didn't write it down and yet still no desire to actually write

#I think one of my buggest hurdles right now is that I completely acknowledge all my fic ever has been written for an audience of one #myself.#and if it's just for me then why not just keep it a little mental play of sorts I trudge out at night before I go to bed?#why on earth would I ever keep forcing my fic on the internet?#esp in the... idk climate? that dominates fandom/fic now. with all the ai bullshit and just disregard for the authors in general #what's the point?#and then what's the point cause I've already written for them. I've written multiple fics for multiple ships. no one asked for them #but I wrote them. and posted them. I still sometimes can't belive I had the audacity to post any of them ever.#to say: yes this deserves to take up space on the internet! this thing I wrote!#and how the hell is it 1:30am now it was just 11pm 😞😞😞 I am too in my own head I must go to bed #erin explains it all
