ex libris not caring enough to name buddy is possible. But punko did say that his name will be revealed by the end of s1 on the livestream (which is on yt under the chanel funwithpunko) so

i saw a few people talking about this on pinterest, so i’d like to bring it up here.

what if, buddy doesn’t actually have a name. we all know that ex libris doesn’t care about buddys wellbeing and seems to only view him as a tool to get back the keys, so what if they never gave him a name because they just don’t care about him as a person.

or what if they only refer to him as “2” because of the 2 sewn onto the back of his shirt in dreams by night.

either way, i don’t think buddy has a real name because ex libris doesn’t care about him enough to give him one.
