“Araki forgot”s are weird. Jojo fans can misread, misremember, misinterpret or completely skip over a detail in a chapter or an entire point and claim it’s because the author forgot it and Araki made a plot hole.

You could have a scene where Jotaro is offered a choice between orange and apple juice, and even if the same exact panel shows jotaro asking for orange juice there will be at least 30 people asking why Araki never showed us what Jotaro wanted.

Or asking why made-up character Ween Ref Rence’s stand |OCEAN MAN| didn’t just turn someone’s lung into a crab when one of the first things Ween says about his stand is that it can’t turn body parts into crabs.

Or asking why Kakyoin said a “mirror dimension” isn’t real yet Illuso’s stand uses one—despite the fact that he’s from 2 parts later, in a country that the Stardust Crusaders weren’t anywhere near, most likely got his stand after part 3, and Kakyoin would otherwise have no way of knowing about him. (Unlike the others, this one was a real complaint)
