One amazing thing that the writers of House absolutely got right was that from like 3 or 4 episodes before each season finale they'd start ramping shit up so much and not ever let the tension pause for even a second like a choke hold and even after all the stress they'd KEEP RAMIPING THAT MF UP UNTIL YOU'RE PHYSICALLY EXPERIENCING HEART PALPATIONS

#I still think season seven's finale would've been so much stronger if they hadn't spaced out cuddy's breakup and house's-#anger leading to jailtime so much I would've loved all of those being in quicker successions but still #and god season eight had me stressed from like episode 15 a wholeass 7 EPISODES BEFORE THE FINALE #also gosh rsl got to act his ass off in season 8 good for him #like fr they did amazingly with how stressed I was leading to almost every single season finale #honorary mention to house's head wilson's heart of course #but season 8 was also such a good one #house md
