#song of the day#'my heart's in pieces so please understand / I'm tryin to jump but I've nowhere to land#so give me your heart and I'll give you my hand / try as god damn hard as I can'#pause in the middle of FFVII Rebirth times as kaylithographica fights the flu#I started looking at some of my fanmix playlists and alphabetically this is the first song off the first playlist#at some point I'm going to have to decide first if I'm going to put these songs into a real order or leave them alphabetical#and if I /am/ going to put them in an order. wtf order is it going to be#some of these are too vibes-focused for me to easily quantify. I'm wondering if I should go back to my most basic roots#from Way Back When when I'd get writer's block and write lines/things I knew were important down on scraps of paper#and then dump them all on my bed confetti-style and sort them in various ways until something sparked#I'm not there just yet but soon it may be time to start scribbling down lyrics
