being a fan of souls games while having adhd memory is so funny because no I don't remember any of the lore I read. no I don't remember the correct path through this area that I've died in 100000 times. no I don't have any object permanence when it comes to weapons or items or skills I am not currently using. no I don't remember the vital information that npc told me literally 2 seconds ago and will never tell me again. yes I am having the time of my life <3

I forgot. how I got there #and I forgot!! to grab the bonfire so yes I had to walk there #I have been using the same shitty sword I've had since the beginning of the game bc I simply don't remember to change it #I have read every er item description and I recall next to none of it #(I do remember the 1.00/cut content though??)#I can sit through a 2hr lore video and be absolutely enthralled by it for the entire duration as it goes in one ear and out the other #oh and I didn't use ANY magic in ds1 because I genuinely forgot it was a thing like. immediately after getting my first miracle #didn't use lock on in er for the same reason #....and making this post just reminded me that there is magic in ds2 and I should probably! at least try using it once #my brain is a full glass of water u try to put anything in there and it just spills over the sides. peace and love on planet earth <3
