I will admit I don’t fully understand the strict 50/50 budget and expenses a lot of millennial and younger couples adopt???

I make 100k a year. she makes 30k’#’aita for asking she pays half of a 10k vacation that I suggested and forced her to agree on?’#this example is obviously exagerated#I can kind of understand when youre starting off as a couple. or if you practically make the same amount#but call me insane. if I were to win the loto tomorrow. mav would become my overly spoiled trophy wife real quick#idk. to me loving someone means that you try and make their lives easier if you can?#jen rambles#and Ive unironically seen couples go like ‘I paid for the wine bottle last time. you should pay for this now’#and theyll have this weird mental (OR WRITTEN) list of everything their partner owes them?#am I the one thats out of touch???#honestly if you do this with your partner feel free to send an ask explaining why. maybe I dont see the entire picture
