Is the second season of Arcane worth getting back into? I remember enjoying a lot about the first season but it's been so long since then, and I was so intensely annoyed by Jayce and Jinx--like to the point of wanting to just skip a lot of the scenes they were in, respectively. To be clear, this isn't me saying the characters themselves are bad / not well-written: I just didn't like them as people lol like everything about how they talked and acted just rubbed me the wrong way to the nth degree. So part of me is not sure if I'm willing to invest a bunch of time and energy into the series if I have to tolerate those two all over again.

So do Jinx and Jayce become less affected / overdramatic in this second season? Idc about spoilers because my dashboard is filled with them anyway. Like do they fundamentally change as people? Because if not I may not be able to do it again lol

#I remember calling jinx a blue harley quin while watching it with my roommate #because her voice and accent were so fucking annoying #and I can't really explain exactly why I hated jayce #I just hated him #had real obnoxious main character energy #and hated how perfectly symmetrical his features were and his inexplicablly perfect physique #like there was no justification for why he had that build and that drove me crazy #like at least show him at the gym or something #it's petty but yeah I really don't want to deal with them again unless they've massively changed as people in the next season
