Sometimes I really need a time and space where I can just let my defenses down. Just a little bit. A day in a month is fine. 3 hours alone in a week is fine too.
#I love the bedroom I share with sibling x bc I can just lay face down on my pillow and cry#and I dont have to pretend everything's okay#and I can think with no interruptions#And pretend that a heavy blanket is a hug that's comforting and not conditional#no one can see me unless they uncover my body and remove the blanket#and I can just let go and not be tense and control my breathing to avoid hyperventillations#Where I dont need to force food down my mouth and hide the anxiety#I really just value these rare alone times andI can just regroup and stuff
