there absolutely are lesbians attracted to women who have, to some extent, transitioned – the number of detransitioners in the lesbian community is growing actually. obviously having been through some amount of medical transition affects their ability to date in the lesbian community but it doesn't completely nullify it by any means, i mean it's not like their actual sex changed or anything, they're still women so homosexual women are still in their dating pool.

there are also some lesbians who get top surgery but don't at any point identify as trans and they also are not dateless hermits
