Oh, so just because a live-action remake is being done by Dreamworks and not Disney means it’s okay to be all for live-action adaptations now? Even wanting other Dreamworks movies to be remade in live action? Even though the originals were already great and don’t need that much improving?
You people are so confusing. Unironically that “can’t stand their fake ass, me and the bestie” meme.

THIS is how you do live-action remakes’#do you even HEAR yourself???#I never got this weird worship for Dreamworks#they’re just as capable as making crap like disney is#the only difference being is disney’s been shit for over a decade#usually consistently mid or straight up bad movies (aside from a few gems like encanto)#regardless of its animated#and Dreamworks has this weird zigzag in quality#sometimes putting out fantastic movies and other times forgettable or even crap stuff#I think this httyd remake is completely unnecessary but at least toothless looks actually decent#more than can be said about most cgi creatures nowadays#so I’ll give them that#I’m just frustrated with people’s flip-flopping in attitude when it comes to stuff like this
